Carpet and dash looks grey in picks but are black. This truck was born, raised, and spent most of its life in Texas so it's not the typical Ohio rust bucket . Truck has been as meticulously maintained. Only reason it's being sold is because I'm retired and have put less than 11,000 miles on it over the last three years and is simply not needed anymore. Cummins 5.9 turbocharged diesel engine (247,000 mostly flat Texas Highway miles). 6 new Michelin 80,000 mile tires with less than 4,000 miles on them. Since I purchased the lifetime alignment with the tires the truck will be aligned prior to your purchase. Front end is tight and solid. Most of the front end has been redone within the last 7,500 miles (tie rods, upper & lower ball joints, Pittman Arm, engine mounts, steering box, U-joints and more.) If it wasn't perfect I replaced it. Receipts available for review. Oil has always been changed at about 3,000 miles. Currently it's only about 1,200 miles since the last change but it's been nearly 6 months so it will have a fresh change this week. Comes with factory engine pre-heater. Heated re-view mirrors. Up for auction is my 1969 Dodge Coronet 440. This car is an original 383 car and has the numbers matching motor and transmission, and I have included pictures of both stampings. Originally, this car was equipped with a 2 barrel carb, but now has an edelbrock 600 4 barrel carb. This is an original California car, and still had the black plates with it when I purchased it a couple years ago. It has power steering and factory Air Conditioning (not working) as well as an 8 3/4 rear end and aftermarket cruise control. This 4 door coronet was originally B3 blue (light blue metallic) with a white vinyl roof. It is now a very blue-ish aqua color with a black painted roof. This car has minimal rust, confined mostly to the lower 1/4s behind the wheels, the corners of the rear window, and the trunk lid (do to a mouse making a nest in it). All body panels appear to be original except for the driver side front fender, and the filler piece between the 2 fenders. The front of the core support was changed for some reason somewhere along the way. The fender tag is present and matches the car. There is some rust on the trunk floor (see pics). This car starts right up and the motor is quiet, and the transmission shifts nice. I had a new shift selector seal installed a few months ago. Underneath is very clean (see pics), as is the engine compartment. The brakes seem to function well, as does the power steering. The car has some older red line tires on it so it tends to wander a little (everything I every drove with bias ply tires has). The fuel sending unit in the gas tank is pretty new, and the gauges work. The one pic of the dash is of the car idling showing a working charging system, gas gauge, temp gauge, and 30 pounds of oil pressure. The interior is in decent driver condition. There are some splits and the driver side, and the top of the back seat is ripped up. The dash looks nice, but the radio doesn't work. There are no seat belts. Please look at all the pictures carefully. This car has a bunch of little dings, dents, and scrapes, and I am not trying to hide any of them in any shape or form.. This car has a clear Ohio title in my name. For the money, this is a clean fun car to drive around. With the addition of some 3:91 gears, it could be Really fun to drive around and race. It grabs more attention than you would think. I don't know if it is the wheels or the throaty exhaust, but everyone always wants to check out under the hood and give you the thumbs up. Finally, I do have 2 extra front doors that I will give with the car. They are in pretty nice shape and I will figure out had to put them in the car for transport, even if I have to lift up the back seat. I will also include the original intake and carb (it is in pieces in a box). $150.00 is due within 48 hours of the end of auction. The rest of the balance is due within 7 days and I prefer cash above anything else. I would probably take a money wire. Cashier checks are a last resort and will need to clear my bank for about 10 business days, before you can pick up the car. You can have up to 14 days to get it, and I would gladly help get it on a car transporter for you. I would recommend trailering it home due to the age of the tires. This is my uncles truck. He purchased it 12 years ago. The original owner lived in Colorado. He drove to Warren, Oh to visit his sister and had a fatal heart attack. Truck was then purchased by a friend of my uncles who sold it to him 8 years ago. It was all together and ran when my uncle took it apart to restore it over past spring and summer. He now has health conditions that won't allow him to finish. He has been restoring vehicles for thirty years or more. He has done T buckets, Dodge Dart, and most recently a 1966 Mustang. His work is exceptional. He really doesn't want to sell the truck but would rather see someone else finish it and enjoy it.The '64 D100 used wider and longer (stronger) leaf springs increasing durability and capacity. It also had stronger front and rear axles (1961 on). 1964 D100 used alternators. Previous to 1961 Dodge had a serious problem with their generator/battery system which would frequently "cook" the batteries.All the metal (rocker panels, body to frame mounting plates, etc.) have been done. You can see by the pictures that the fabrication is excellent. Driver and passenger side floor plates repaired and are structually sound. There is one small rust area in right rear corner of truck bed that needs finished. Other than that the vehicle needs sandblasted, minor filling of dents here and there, primered, and painted.There are many boxes on a shelf that contain all the smallers pcs. of the truck. Truck is complete. All hinges, handles, wipers, etc.. Some handles are stainless I believe. Point is that the truck is complete. I didn't want to waste any pictures of the boxes but there are a few. This D100 has 100% original parts. A new windsheild in box is included as there was a crack in original. Rear glass and window glass is good. All rubber for windsheild, rear window, and doors is included...still in boxes. Truck will need master cylinder, clutch cylinder, and slave cylinder. All brake lines replaced (see picture). The truck has been lowered 4". Frame has been completely blasted and cleaned and has a coat of gloss black durable paint. Wheels are 15" aluminum in pretty good condition. All tires are P275/15 Supersport Futura GLS. The engine is the original 225 ci. slant six. Has 59,000 original miles and ran good so it has only been painted...no work needing done.The 225 was the bigger engine and has approx. 140 horsepower. Bench seat need reupholstered. Seat frame and springs good. Bumpers were painted on the '64 D100. They are fine. All handles and locks are original stainless steel. There was no chrome on this model. Grill and bumpers painted white. New parts on this include the windshield, as previously noted, wheel cylinders, brake hoses, brake shoes, and brake lines to master cylinder. Vehicle started up fine and ran great. Transmission is tight and smooth. This Dodge D100 is located in Youngstown, OH (midway between Pittsburgh and Cleveland).
