This listing is for a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona edition in the limited manufacture color of Sub Lime. It is #135 out of 1500 cars made in this color. The car has roughly 196,000 miles on it (please message for exact number, as we are still occasionally driving it). It has a 5.76 L HEMI multi-displacement engine and automatic 5-speed transmission (with option of shifting manually - no clutch). It is a rear wheel drive vehicle. The car has had some suspension work done on it. It has had ball joints in the front replaced (one twice). Dodge Chargers are known to have this issue. It has recently had the original battery and starter replaced. It has one (Matching) replacement wheel, as the original was cracked. The anti-theft device is no longer functional. The pink plastic "shift interlock latch" broke one day recently, leaving the car stuck in park. My son and father bypassed this broken item (rather than replacing it), leaving the car functional but no longer sliding over into that "locked" antitheft position. If you would like more information on this simply search "Charger stuck in park" and you will find YouTube videos of how to fix and TONS of forum entries on this. Apparently it also is a common problem. There is a warranty recall out for this. However, we contacted Dodge and the car was built in December 2006, when the warranty only extended through those built in September of 2006. I believe it is around a $400 (average) fix through a mechanic or an approximately $75 part to fix yourself. The leather on the driver seat has some cracks in it (see photo). This car has never been in a serious auto accident. It did have some body work done when our trampoline flew across the driveway in a storm and hit the passenger side (as we were driving it). The trim on the side was repainted at this time, due to some discoloration. The drivers side currently shows the same discoloration. We were told it was due to a fungus growing under the paint. The sunroof has a tiny leak that is plugged right now. After talking with our local body shop, it sounds like it needs adjusted (at least that's what he thought), but we have just never taken it in. According to mechanic, there are screws that hold it in place and it will sometimes need those screws adjusted to make it "level" again. The engine light is on, but is due to a sensor in the catalytic converter. Again, we have had a mechanic look it, but were advised to ignore it. It has something to do with the position of the catalytic converter in the car. We have owned this car from new. The title is clear/clean and ready to be transferred to new owner.
