This 2004 Dodge Neon SXT has 96,494 miles on it. It has factory ground effects (front & rear air dams & rocker panel skirts) on it. It runs & drives good. It has two new tires, new struts on the front, new tie rod ends & new brake pads & rotors. It has a new radiator & has just had the transmission replaced. It has some rust & has had body repairs. The rocker panel skirt on the passenger side is held in place by some fabricated metal brackets, there is not very much rocker panel left on that side, however the metal panels behind the rocker panel are still structurally strong.
