You know exactly what the SRT-4 is: mean, nasty, aggressive speed and performance. Not only will it give modern cars a run for their money in 0-60 or 40-100, but it'll handle corners, too. This one had a run-in with a deer. The deer lost, but not without a bit of damage to the front end (see photos). Everything is still functional despite the kamikaze Bambi attack, and it's wicked fun to drive. The owner picked up a 2006 Subaru Legacy GT a few months ago, and decided to sell this beastly SRT-4 to someone who would appreciate this fun little machine. Tuners will love the ease of maintenance and service on this car, as well as the astronomic power possibilities, which is even nicer since the car is mostly stock. For a 2004, it's still a fantastic machine, and the exhaust burble and crackle is divine. For aspiring gearheads, this SRT-4 would make for a brilliant project. >Condition, Exterior: As mentioned before, that impact with the deer impaired the good looks of the front end a little bit. Mercifully, the impact did not damage anything major underhood.The black paint is still in largely good shapeThe Anthracite finish on the wheels is peeling in some places. They still look good, however.The owner decided to remove the comical rear wing in favor of a tasteful lip spoiler. Now, you can actually use the rear window!Falken tires are new-ish and have lots of tread left >Condition, Interior: The interior is classic Dodge: lots of Fisher-Price plastics. It's all in pretty good shape. The front seats have nice bolstering to keep yourself planted when you take a corner at twice the suggested speed. They're pretty comfy, depending on how wide your thighs are, and even gigantic humans above 6'3" have loads of headroom.The Jensen head unit seems to be misbehaving. It's a fancy flip-out-and-up touchscreen with multiple inputs. The problem is, it won't eject the existing CD, and tends to generally not respond to inputs. Included is the original head unit, and the original subwoofer and speakers are still installed. >Condition, Engine Bay:There's a minor coolant leak on the top of the radiator, right at the stamp.Engine bay could use a bit of a cleaning.3rd gear shifting is having problems, which isn't uncommon with these cars. Upshifts are fine, downshifting needs rev-syncing. (Easy fix/remedy with Maddog with rod brake short shifter. Costs about $110.)Starts right up with a jump. Recently replaced the terminal connectors. >Modifications: Dealership option Borla exhaust. It crackles, it burbles, and has an awesome sound for a turbocharged car. Seriously, it sounds great.Bigger front mount intercoolerUpgraded to Forward Motion Enforcer turbo at 97,000 miles (original turbo is included, will need rebuild)Dealership Stage 2 tune (makes just shy of 300 hp, with about 300 lb-ft of torque; it absolutely will chirp tires in 2nd gear)AEM short ram intakeBeefier aftermarket axles to handle the extra torque and power Will also throw in a box of spare parts and stuff! This is not a show queen. It has been used. It will continue to be awesome. Let's make a deal. Title is clear, but the tag/registration has lapsed.
