Charger has all new tires, brakes and rotors all around. Lower steering column was just changed. Before I bought the car the last person was in an accident on the passenger front so the bumper is not factory and paint shows some minor cracks and chips. Hood-scoop was added by last owner and paint on it split for some reason. could be fixed or hood-scoop taken off all together. For some reason when the gas gauge get to 1/4 of a tank you are out of gas this was like this when I bought it and I never had it checked out to see what the issue was I just filled it up b4 it got that low.
