Looking for a good, solid, strong Dodge cummins that has been rebuilt from the ground up? This would be the one. This truck has had over 50K spent on it, and around 15k in the past few months. We acquired the truck from a camping store where it was traded in. It was setup to pull someone’s 5th wheel around the country. It was already set up with a DPS stocker twin turbo set up, turbo minder, Tekonsha digital Brake controller, ATS transmission, PAC brake, manual fan control, banks IQ monitor and six gun, banks intercooler, banks intake, FS2500 remote bypass oil filtration system, and Banks monster 4” exhaust with muffler. This truck had NO expense spared on it. Unfortunately we sold it to a customer that let it go and two years later we took it back on trade with one bad injector, and one big HOLE in a piston… THIS is where our restoration started. We had the engine pulled and sent to the machine shop to be bored, decked, fire ringed, and studded, purchased new Cummins injectors with 100HP nozzles from Fleece, had one turbo gone through, and purchased the other new (Also from Fleece), had the head gone through with all new valves, new guides, new seats, decked, checked, and put back on. The truck may show 299k on the clock, but it’s only got 250 miles on the new engine set up - not even broken in yet. The motor wound up being .40 over, with all new pistons, rods, rod and main bearings, reground crank, new cam bearings, all new gaskets and seals…you get the idea, it’s brand new. It lights right off, runs perfect, and doesn’t do anything wrong. We didn’t rebuild the transmission because it shifts so well, doesn’t slip, and doesn’t chatter at all also it’s got a extra deep cooling pan on it. The fluid is bright red as well. The brake pads, rotors, and all brake hardware is all brand new as well. Tires are over 90% and the 4x4 works great. We also just had a front end alignment done on it so it drives straight as an arrow. It’s got the gooseneck ball in the bed as well as an extra fuel tank for long range hauling. Now onto the body. It’s SPOTLESS. I’ve never seen a 299k mile truck that looks like this. No rust, no bad spots, hardly a mark on it. The paint is all factory, looks great, and cleans up like a brand new one. You’d never know it from a 10k mile truck. There is one small stress crack in the paint on the top of the dually fender that you can see in the pictures. The under side is spotless, no rust, no leaks..very very clean. The interior is great as well. It had weather-tech mats in it for its entire life and it shows. The carpet is clean, the seats are spotless, door panels are nice, and the headliner is clean. All of the gauges work, the A/C is cold, the heat is hot and the cruise works. This is no bastardized project, everything was done with a plan and is done to look and act factory. It’s loaded up with power everything, cruise, tilt, all of the amenities of a cadillac with the pulling power of the Cummins. This is a ONE OF A KIND truck that someone is going to be proud to own. It’s as close to perfect as you’re going to get, and has been rebuilt from the ground up. You’d never know the truck from having 10k miles on it, please don’t let the miles scare you - they really mean nothing at this point. If you just want to drive the truck, it’s set up perfectly. If you want to pull it down the track, you could use some custom tuning. It’s not set up to be a rocket ship right now, but it is damn strong. With some tuning I bet it’d rip all 6 tires right off of it. The exhaust is quiet, the ride is nice, and it steers straight down the road. The only thing I can pick the truck for is the Banks IQ monitor…Sometimes it lights up and shows you everything you want to know and sometimes it doesn’t. Other than that, the truck drives absolutely perfect. The turbos light early and pull hard through the RPM range, sound great, and are ready to roll. I have all of the receipts for all of the work that we’ve done on it, and it will not disappoint. I can fax them to anyone that would like to see them. Drive this truck anywhere in the country, it’s 100% ready to go. It’s got a squeaky clean carfax and we sold it to it’s second owner - you’d be the third. Any questions, please don’t hesitate.
