Impossible to find 2007 DODGE RAM 3500 MEGA CAB 4X4 LONG BED 5.9 liter Cummins and 6 Speed Manual. This truck has all the features including Ostrich skin seats! Originally from Texas this truck was converted to long bed right from the dealer. In 2011 at 102K miles I rebuilt all major front suspension and steering components including Moog Ball Joints, Steering Box Stabilizer, Adjustable Track Bar, Adjustable End Links. I also replaced the front and rear brakes, added air lift rear "helper" bags. I added an additional 7 pin trailer plug. At that time I also changed ALL fluids including front and rear gear oil, brake fluid, coolant, trans oil, transfer case oil, power steering fluid, using ALL Amsoil products and additives. I also replaced the exhaust with a 5 inch mandrel bent turbo back system that sounds great and a Pacbrake exhaust brake with on board air. The clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, bearing, and all clutch pedal hydraulics were also replaced with a Southbend higher HP single disk setup (I can't remember the rating though). I replaced the passenger side front wheel bearing and it comes with a new drivers side bearing. I also had custom adjustable lower control arms made that will be included with new grade 8 hardware. It has a bully dog triple dog downloader with outlook monitor which is updatable via internet. The front all steel bumper has a 2" receiver hitch. It was meant for a 2011 and newer dodge. Could use a little better attachment and a little more fit and finish but look good as is. Has a block heater as well. I removed the stock pickup box and added the heavy gauge diamond steel flat bed with ALL LED lighting and rubberized undercoating. The bed has underbed toolboxes both in front and behind the rear axle. I set this flat bed up to be easily converted to a dump bed by fabricating/installing an air over hydraulic ram (my plans at least). Uses all Grade 8 hardware. It has been on the road in MI for only one winter. I had the truck undercoated in oil before driving in the winter. I've included pictures of the undercarriage to show the lack of rust. There is a rather big dent in the passenger side rear cab corner that does NOT affect the sealing or operation of the rear door (see picture). The truck will need tires soon (comes with new spare pictured); they have been weather checked for some time now but have lots of tread and hold air fine. The lumbar adjuster on the drivers seat is broken, the adjustments can still be made by pulling on the cable (See picture). I never got around to installing latches on the underbed toolboxes. The AC system appears to work fine, just doesn't get cold (compressor clutch doesn't kick in) This should be a simple fix, just haven't gotten to it. The passenger side mirror lost a small run in with my garage door. The glass, power, and folding option are not affected. No expenses were spared to build the ULTIMATE tow rig. That was my intended use of the truck but life has changed a little and over the road hot shotting is out of the question for me (active duty and kids!). Truck has huge power, and gets surprisingly good fuel mileage on the highway. Truck is geared for heavy towing. Drives very well, shifts great, doesn't burn oil, really comfortable.
