If you didn't read that they are: one small door ding (pictured) and one small curb scrap on the front right lower bumper bottom pictured as well. They just pulled to close to a curb. Other than these 2 items there is nothing to say negative about this GLK 350. The car is immaculate other than that. This is a non smokers car and the perfect classy colors. Black with Tan leather interior. The tires are perfect as well. You truly have nothing to worry about when purchasing this GLK. I am the first and only owner of this very clean 2009 Nissan Murano LS with the 3.5L V6 and factory installed BOSE Premium Stereo system with 6 CD changer. I bought it new in 2009 and it still runs and drives great. Never smoked in and always maintained with meticulous oil and air filter changes. The interior is in great condition. Looks and smells clean! There are no rips, tears, or bad stains in the seats (there is one spot on the driver seat where a blue pen made a mark on it (see pic)). The carpets are good with only a few spots, that could probably be scrubbed out. The passenger side floor mat is missing (it didn't get put back in one time when I had it detail cleaned). Mechanically, this car is absolutely reliable and has no known issues. The paint is in great condition with no major damage. It has several parking lot dings, scratches and scrapes, small rock chips, and the spot where I grazed a garbage bin (driver side, rear bumper - see photo). It's been in Texas its whole life so the front has some bugs stuck. Please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding!

Terms:Terms and Conditions of Sale: Please be advised that Euro 2 Motors is the actual seller of this vehicle. We are a legal registered dealer in the state of Texas. All titles are subject to a 21 day waiting period in order to be transferred (for in-state residents only), or to be signed off and overnighter to the buyer by the seller. Any and All vehicles being sold are guaranteed to have original and authentic titles (more detail below). All vehicles are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. All buyers are required to make a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of auction. Pay Pal is accepted for the deposit. The rest of the balance must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction by cashier's check, money order, cash in person or bank to bank wire transfer. The seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($500 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion. In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be sent via USPS certified mail for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy. The $500 deposit must be received within 24 hours, the sale must be completed within 7 days after the auction closes (please notify us for any exceptions). If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
