For sale by a licensed NYS dealer is a 2004 Mercedes ML350 automatic with 99,000 miles. This vehicle has been driven by myself for a few months and it drives great. Here are some of the options this vehicle has: all wheel drive including a low range selector, power windows/locks, air conditioning (cold), remote entry FOBs (2), power moon roof, and heated seats. Mechanically, this vehicle is very sound and looks great too. I had the oil changed a few months ago with all synthetic oils and a recent inspection (that will be re-inspected because it's only good for 30 days for a dealer to sell). The engine and automatic transmission run perfectly and has no issues whatsoever. The brakes are good and tires are all newer without much wear at all...I believe they were replaced just before my purchase. Cosmetically there are some scratches but nothing really deep. There are NO dents except one small ding on the passenger side door. The only surface rust is on the driver's side door (lower corner) and a few small bubble spots on the hood (all pictured). I would give the exterior a rating of 7 out of 10 for the age of this car. Here are the things that I feel expected to disclose that aren't working properly...I always believe in selling a car by telling the buyer the things that don't work rather than list the good points only. I have 100% positive feedback and will be as honest as I can in the description. Here is what would need fixed to be 'perfect': the Bose radio powers up but no sound comes through the speakers except on occasion...sometimes it just comes over the speakers and everything works fine. I believe the problem is a loose connection behind the radio itself and not a short or blow amplifier because there is sound when it works and the volume works too. The passenger side mirror doesn't adjust properly, so has to be adjusted by hand. The rear wiper doesn't work but does dispense washer fluid ( I have priced rear wiper motors on Ebay for about 30 dollars). Also, the rear hatch release sticks and sometimes you need to manually pull the handle back down from sticking (may just need to be worked and lubricated. The last thing that could use replacing is the front hood struts...the hood doesn't stay up (on Ebay for 16 dollars each). This vehicle is an very good condition and I don't want you think there are loads of problems that can't be fixed...I just want to be as honest as I can with the description and want a happy buyer. I am located in Jamestown New York 14701 near the Chautauqua County Airport and can assist with picking someone up from the local airport if needed. Also, since I am a licensed NYS dealer I will need to collect sales tax from NYS residents at the time of purchase. If this vehicle isn't as exactly as described you will not be obliged to purchase it. I do not have any additional hidden charges and you pay the sale price plus tax if a NYS resident.
