1 OWNER. FULL SERVICE RECORDS. Still has the original brake pads. Tires are near new. I have changed the oil and filter every 7-8000 miles with Mobile 1 extended life synthetic motor oil. I have NEVER had to add oil in between. It runs better now than it did brand new. It is barely broken in. When Honda Bob adjusts the valves you could eat off of the inside. When you take a right turn at 40 MPH the G force will pin your head to the window and will pull the skin off of your face but the wheels will not break loose. This car turns heads constantly. It gets 25 MPG highway and 19MPG city. Shuts down Ferraris and Corvettes. It sold for near $100,000.00 new. The engineering on this totally aluminum car is incredible. All specs allow for zero tolerance. Almost all these miles are long highway miles. This car has had less cold starts than most cars with 25,000 miles. I lived 50 miles from my office and went from LA to Palm Springs every weekend. These are very soft miles. Cold starts are the only thing that wear out a motor and transmission. I have really taken care of this car. You have to see it to believe it. I almost got divorced. This car is a chick magnet! What a car!!! This automobile has been out of production since 2005. Acura keeps everybody on the edge of their seats by promising to make it again but it never happens. There were 3 of these built per week in Japan. The car was used to bring people into the Acura showrooms. After all, who would be crazy enough to pay 100K for a car? The maintenance is no higher than any other Acura. Why would anybody own a Ferrari with a maintenance cost of 4000.00 every 15,000 miles?

****** ESTATE SALE ****** From a Southern California ESTATE ......... Long time second owner is selling a very nice and well kept 2000 model year C5 model Corvette. The 5th generation or C5 Corvette's were produced for the 1997 thru 2004 models. This generation of this iconic American sports car was largely heralded as a huge leap forward from the previous C4's in all area's. The C5 was designed by John Cafaro and like all Corvette's ..... they were produced at the G.M. plant in Bowling Green Kentucky. One of the biggest innovations for the C5 line was locating the transmission to the rear of the Car to form a integrated rear mounted transaxle assembly that achieved a 50/50 front to rear weight ration ...... so the Car has amazing handling. The 17 inch wheels up front and 18 inch wheels in the rear are mounted on Michelin Pilot Sport Tires and this car really sticks to the road. The LS1 V-8 engine produces 345 horsepower with 10:1 compression and 2 valves per cylinder. Even more impressive is that this Corvette gets up to 28 miles per gallon on the highway........ Not bad for a American Supercar. The Current owner of this example purchased the car from the sales manager of a Chevrolet dealership in Los Angeles. The Car was first sold in April of 2001 and she bought the Car in July of 2002. It has always been garage kept and well maintained by the female senior citizen owner. NEW ENGINE: In December of 2008 the owner had a problem with the original engine due to a faulty air intake system installed by the first owner. Her Insurance Company PAID for a brand new factory LS 1 engine and it was installed at Connell Chevrolet in Costa Mesa, California. The total invoice for this engine swap was $12,567.21 ! ........ and these invoices will go to the new owner. At the time this NEW engine was installed ..... the Car had 81,904 miles on the odometer .... and today it has 114,600 miles all total. Since the NEW engine was installed the Car has traveled 32,700 miles. This engine will last many many years. In June of 2011 the current Michelin tires and new aftermarket wheels were installed when the mileage was 99,867. The Tires have about 15,000 miles on them and are showing very little wear. Everything works on this Car and there are no issues that we can find. It runs and drives like a dream and does not leak any fluids at all ...... not even a drop. The Vette has always been garage kept and the Black paint is beautiful making it look like a much newer Car than a 200o model year. Loaded with all the extra's available including the removable targa top, power seat, power mirrors, and a 12 disc CD changer. The AC blows ice cold and the adjustable suspension is a great feature in this Car. Only 38,000 original miles and this Corvette has always been garage kept and it is owned and driven by a senior citizen woman who has pampered it. This Corvette was manufactured at the Bowling Green, Kentucky plant in August of 2001 and since that time it has averaged just under 3,000 miles per year. Just enough use to keep everything working properly and not enough driving to wear anything out. In the past month this 2002 Corvette has been shod with a brand new set of Goodyear tires and had a brand new Battery installed. It currently needs nothing and someone .........
