Brought to us by a gentleman who is considered to be an absolute FJ40 enthusiast, having restored several over the years. During the restoration of this FJ-40, absolutely no expense was spared! All of the drive train was gone through and refreshed at that time which consisted of: engine, differential, clutch and steering box (factory power steering). The entire body was stripped down, the windows and trim were removed to perform a bare metal re-spray in the factory color. This FJ is equipped with a Factory A/C system. Although not an option on this particular one, it certainly builds value as majority did not have the ability. In our experience, a majority of the FJ40's you see on the road have not been officially "restored," but updated here and there. Having a Factory Power Steering setup gives you an easier and more comfortable driving experience, without the "worn out/tired " feeling of the no-power steering FJ's.
