Mattel Hot Wheels was the car race sponsor, and has badging and embroidery seats with the Hot Wheels logo, as well as step plates. I am also a car collector and babied this car, driving to work with it where it was garages indoors with a double space and to my beach house. Always maintained at the dealer and recently under warranty the dealer replaced the Drive Shaft and Shifter so they are BRAND NEW! Everything works and drives amazing. Selling our 2005 Chrome Orange Elise. It currently has just over 42k miles. It came from the factory with the Touring package, Hardtop, Starshield, and Lifestyle Paint. Original sticker, books, manuals, tools, and key fobs are included. It's an early production model and has the dual oil coolers as such. Additionally it has an updated battery, new tires, and a fresh brake and clutch fluid service. The tires are the OEM Neovas and have less than 1000 miles on them. Everything on the car works perfectly to my knowledge, including the Air Conditioning, which has been repaired by Lotus and refreshed (common issue). a few years ago. It has serviced at the Lotus dealership except for tires, and comes with many maintenance records. The color is gorgeous and gets a lot of attention. It is a daily driver and does have imperfections, but nothing significant, as it looks great from 5 feet away, as you can see in the photos. There is a chip on the rear passenger wheel, a light scratch in the clearcoat on the hood which should buff out, but has not bothered me, and a small nick by the rear driver's wheel that is hard to see. Both stereo and battery have been upgraded. The OEM hardtop is not pictured, but is available. It comes with the hardtop cover, mounting accessories, and tools. The Elise has always lived in Miami but is in Potomac MD as of a few months ago and can be seen by appointment. Clean title is on hand. Carfax is clean as well. Please email with any questions. It has 18,900 original miles and has had one owner, an elderly attorney. It is in sound mechanical condition and has always been maintained at Honda. All maintenance records are present, as are both keys, books, and manuals. It drives perfectly, with a smooth non-notchy transmission, just as it did when it was delivered by the dealership. The top is in excellent condition and the interior is immaculate for the age. It has always been stored in the garage and does have minor nicks and scratches from storage. For example a couple of them on the rear bumper from loading the trunk, as well as a scuff on the passenger door from rubbing against something in the garage.
