2007 Mercedes-Benz SLK280 Convertible Roadster. Automatic 7-speed transmission. 65080 miles. Iridium silver exterior with Black/Anthracite NAPA Leather interior. Engine is in good condition and sounds nice and healthy. Vehicle runs and lot drives. Car is very nice and clean. The convertible top works great. Loaded with many many options. As you can see from the pictures this vehicle sustained some front end damage. Front bumper, some suspension components, driver side front airbags, radiator + condenser are some of the components that would need to be replaced. Oil pan does have a small crack and will need to be replaced as well. There is no damage to the engine (besides the oil pan) or the transmission. The frame does not appear to be affected by the accident and it looks in good condition. There is a dent on the left side of the hood. Please look at all the pictures carefully to get an idea of the overall condition. We have purchased this Mercedes directly from an insurance company and it has a MD salvage title/certificate. LOW MILEAGE GARAGE QUEEN 1986 560SL GREAT TIME FOR BUYERS AS 560SLs THE MOST DESIRABLE OF THE SL CLASS ARE ESCALATING FAST. This car was owned by local family and used on rare occasions. The car was kept in heated garage under cover and they owned several cars. There is no signs of sun or water damage cracked dash, etc as seen in some sun belt area cars. There is absolutely no rust and car was not driven winter weather. The car runs out excellent and everything works fine with exception that the radio needs dealer security theft code program the Mercedes Benz does at no charge. This was due to battery disconnected in storage. The Heat and AC work well but I did notice the center vents were not blowing. The side vents and defrost work fine andAC blows cold. If you get tired of hearing the roar from the exhaust and whine from the supercharger (you won't, trust me), you have the Shaker 500 stereo, which has a real nice sound even at high volumes, and has an auxiliary input for your portable device. This car was professionally tuned by Matt at Performance Evolution in Smyrna, Delaware. All of these upgrades to an already incredible car from the factory produce a DYNO-PROVEN 721 HORSEPOWER ON PUMP GAS. What is truly incredible about this car is it's civility. Drive in a normal fashion, and this car idles like your mom's Toyota, doesn't get hot, and doesn't abuse it's driver or passengers with poor street manners. But stomp the McLeod clutch, ram the Tremec 6 speed into first gear, and mash the throttle, and you'll be pinned to your seat until you decide to lift as you watch your speedometer climb like your tach. This is literally a mid-10 second car that you can drive your kid to school in. This particular car is a 2 owner car, purchased from Winner Ford in Newark, Delaware, and driven locally only, save for one trip to Myrtle Beach for Mustang Week.
