We had it worked on periodically at the Audi dealer (records available) and a reputable local foreign repair shop (no records available). After he graduated and got a new car, he titled the car to me. After putting a new battery in it, in 2/15, it has mostly sat in our driveway. My wife drives it to work once a month to keep it charged. It'll be a fun car for the buyer. The car starts quickly, drives fine (at least good enough to occasionally get my wife to work and back), and has a current inspection sticker dated for 10/15 - New Windshield November 2010 - 70K service performed at the dealer in June 2011 - New Cylinder head gasket and Valve cover and Cam Shaft gaskets June 2011 (dealer) - Front: 2 new tires July 2011 (Nexen N3000), lots of tread left - Rear: 2 new tires February 2014 (Michelin, Pilot Sport A/S 3, have only 6K miles on them, like new.) - Power windows work fine. Heated front seat. Features: Heated front seat Power Windows Leather seats All wheel drive Great MPG Condition: Auction starting price based on FAIR condition, based on the following: - The body took some damage to the front passenger corner when my son had it parked at his girlfriend's and a neighbor backed out of their driveway and dinged it - see photos. Nothing that impairs driving the car, and the headlights work fine, but the new owner might want to get some body work on that part of the car, particularly securing the headlight (it won't pull out but it I can move it about an inch side to side if I wiggle it). - Check engine and Temperature lights stay on, I think it needs a new thermostat and we were told that by the dealer (I have documentation on this). However the car has no history of overheating that I am aware of, even this summer when my wife drove it one day about 100 miles on highway. So not sure if the thermostat is defective or the light is defective. But I'll go with thermostat since that's all I know, and was recommended by the dealer a few years ago. - Gas gauge is only partially operational and gets stuck between full and 1/2 full (so when it gets below that we just fill the tank). - Radio is non-functional, no idea why. It lights up and is getting power, but I have not tinkered with it to find out more.- Glove compartment won't open. - The air conditioner/fan switch has a little pull out cover that is missing, though it's still easy to push/pull the switch so cosmetic only - Upholstery in great condition with the exception of some minor scrapes on side of driver seat (see photos) - Front brake pads look to have a good 1/4" to 3/8" thickness to them. Rear brakes look like they need replacing. - There is only one key, which does not have a remote, it's just a manual key. Locking the car with the key does arm the alarm system. No leaks No rust that I can see. There may be more but not that I am aware of, and so is priced as such and sold in "as is" condition. I have no idea as to the condition of the clutch. Pick Up Only.
