The tires are all in excellent shape with three matching Fusion HR1’s showing roughly 80% and 1 Primewell Valera Sport tire that is new. The 2.0L turbocharged and intercooled 4-cylinder DOHC 16V, runs out 100% and still pulls with all 205HP that the SE Edition comes with. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly, the suspension is tight and quiet, and the brakes are vibration and fade free. Moving onto the interior of this convertible, the SE trim package includes Leather apointed 8-way power adjustable heated seats with lumbar support and driver side memory. The dark gray leather interior has also been well maintained as you can see in the photos below. The dash trim is in good condition and is not cracked or broken and still shines well. Up for sale is my 1990 Ford Mustang LX Convertible. The car has 150,xxx miles on it now. It does get driven from time to time so the miles are subject to change but, not drastically. The color of the Car is Vermilion Red and in 1990 there were only 1,330 made. The paint is in good condition. Has some minor flaws including: Very minor rust spots on the passenger side rear quarter panel, some areas have surface scuffs that could be gotten out with a buffer, and there is a small amount of yellow road line paint on the driver's side door. The convertible top has seen some better days. Has a small tear on the passenger side and has some dirt that I just haven't had a chance to remove. The car was purchased in California in 1992. It was brought to PA and sat in the garage for the past 6 Years. Upon removing the car from the garage to get it back on the road in April, the following work was done: 4 Tires were replaced, the Power Steering rack and pinion assembly was replaced along with outer tie rod ends, shocks, and struts. The transmission fluid and filter was changed, and a performance valve body was installed (the car does shift hard because of the performance valve body that was installed, and the TV cable has been adjusted to meet the specifications of the new valve body.) In addition to the adjustment of the TV Cable, the plastic clip holding the TV cable in place is brittle and will need replaced ( I have the clip for it) . The trim for the convertible top was replaced on the passenger side, a full tune up including: Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and fuel filter were done less than 75 miles ago and the fuel tank was removed and cleaned out after having sat for years. Has an SVE Cold Air Induction system on it, and Summit Racing Off-Road H-Pipe and summit racing cat back system as well. The car just needs some TLC. It runs and drives quite well, I just do not have the time for this car any more. I'd hate to see it sit in the garage and collect dust when someone could put it to good use. This car does need a heater core. It has been bypassed for the time being and I do have the part, just not the time to remove the whole dashboard and replace it. The car was purchased from a family friend this year and is registered in Pennsylvania as an antique. This car will not be shipped, it will be a local pick-up. Payment will be expected at the time of the sale. Also, car does come with an extra trunk lid and spoiler(unpainted), set of 3.73 gears, Ford ring and pinion install kit. The car needs is a definite good cleaning. It sat in the garage for years so it is dusty and dirty. Mechanically this car is in EXCELENT shape with ALL systems working and performing correctly as they should, right down to the syncronization and operation of all the windows with the convertible soft-top function. The car was just serviced and inspected and comes with a PA safety and emmisions inspection, both valid thru 12/15. The current matched set of Uniroyal Tigerpaw All Season 16" tires are both quiet and smooth with all 4 showing roughly 80% tread life remaining. Both the inside and out this car are in excellent shape. There are no rips tears or wear on the canvas convertible top. Any small nicks or chips have all been touched up and, the interior is clean and fresh. The canvas/leather seats and interior are free of any major rips or tears. There is some slight wear of the rubber coating used on the interior trim pieces and buttons. The only exterior marks that should be noted, are on the passenger side rear wheel well. There were a few chips from someone rubbing against the car with something, however these are extremely minor and have been touched up properly and must be looked for to really be seen (pictured below for you to see). Any flaws or imperfections, we have clearly photographed below, in order to properly describe this vehicle to you. It is STILL an 11 year old car. It is NOT perfect and there are a few minor cosmetic imperfections. A few of them are, the wheel edges that have some slight chips, a very light surface scratch over the passenger rear wheel well, and the very minor wear on the surface of the convertible top near the rear window. The matched Goodyear Eagle F1 tires are in great shape and show even wear with roughly 70% tread life remaining. The 2.0L turbocharged and intercooled 4-cylinder DOHC 16V, runs out 100% and still pulls with all 205HP that the SE Edition comes with. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly, the suspension is tight and quiet, and the brakes are vibration and fade free. Moving onto the interior of this convertible, the SE Sport Edition Package also includes “Viggen Style” 8-way power adjustable leather seats, which are firmer and bolstered for more support. The dark gray leather interior has also been well maintained as you can see in the photos below. The SE Sport Specific Carbon Fiber Dash Trim is not cracked or broken and still shines well. Some of the other factory features on this convertible include power windows / mirrors / locks, one-touch power convertible top, one-touch 4-way power window operation, heated seats, driver’s memory seat, AM/FM stereo with in-dash CD, steering mounted radio controls, automated climate control, on board diagnostic computer, On Star, front and rear fog lamps, daytime running lamps, cruise control, traction control, owner’s manual, keyless entry, floormats, and so much more! This locally owned Pennsylvania 1-OWNER comes to you with a Clean Carfax History report and title that showes the REDICULOUSLY LOW 34,000 ORIGINAL MILES!!!!!! This 9-3 also happens to have the incredibly rare Sport Edition factory “Viggen Style” Aero Body Package and special edition 17” 6-spoked aluminum alloy wheels. Combine that, with the care that the ONE AND ONLY PREVIOUS OWNER showed this automobile, and you truly have something special. The Tuxedo Black Canvas Top is in great used condition, functions properly, and has no leaks (water or wind). The Liquid Silver Metallic exterior shines with excellence and is free from any major dents, dings, scratches or scrapes. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly, the suspension is tight and quiet, and the brakes are vibration and fade free. Moving onto the interior of this convertible, the SE Sport Edition Package also includes “Viggen Style” 8-way power adjustable leather seats, which are firmer and bolstered for more support. The dark gray leather interior has also been well maintained as you can see in the photos below. The SE Sport Specific Carbon Fiber Dash Trim is not cracked or broken and still shines well.
