Looking to sell my 93 Mustang GT. This car has been an off and on project for me for several years and it is time to let it go. I just can't find the time for it anymore as I have other pressing projects at this time and I need the garage space. A little background on the car, I built a brand new engine for it about three years ago ( specs below ) and have probably driven the car about 20 miles to the front end alignment shop. It's been in the garage the whole time I've owned it. The car is in great shape and has all its original sheet metal. The interior is super super clean. I don't remember the actual mileage as I had to change out the cluster due to some of the gauges were not working ( might be able to find true mileage with Carfax report ). I have tried to keep the build as close to factory as possible it even retains the original emission components on the engine. Below is a list of things done to the car as part of the build. Clean Florida Title in hand. Automatic. Great on gas V6 engine. Low Original Miles 133,000. Great for a mechanic or someone with car knowledge. Last time the car was used 3 months ago it was in good running condition. All pieces are intact. The car engine has always ran well. The reason it has now sat for 3 months is the transmission was starting to slip. Once this started I havent been back in the car. Any information I provide you is to the best of my knowledge but please understand I have little car repair experience so this car is being sold as is. The body has no damage. But the paint is peeling. Also, the AC stopped working. I believe the convertible top needs hydraulic fluid since it needs help going up and down. The plastic section of the drivers door panel will also need to be replaced ($50 piece). The interior is in fair condition with only little wear on the drivers seat, carpet, air vents, & sunvisors. The convertible top was replaced less than 2 years ago and is in perfect condition. The front tires are almost brand new and the back tires have little thread. The power windows work great but the seals do leak in some spots during hard rain. The button to pull for the lights has come off but I do have a brand new replacement piece for it. There is a rust spot that has just started this past month on the hood drivers side. This is the reason for the low buy it now price with Best Offer Option. Description: You are looking at a beautiful 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser HJ45 / FJ45 Diesel pick-up truck that has undergone a complete frame-off restoration. It has had every bolt and component removed and restored to better than original condition. The restoration is flawless and museum collector's quality. This is NOT what is referred to as a "twenty footer" that looks great from 20 feet, but when you get close, its just in good condition. This is a flawless frame-off restoration at any distance and that is why it has a price in the mid-thirties and not in the mid-twenties! This HJ45 is originally from Costa Rica and was restored in Costa Rica where FJ/HJ45s and FJ/BJ40s are common and plentiful, although not in this impeccably restored condition. It currently sits at my home in Costa Rica and will be headed to Miami, via shipping container, shortly after the end of the auction to be completely processed and imported pursuant to EPA and DOT regulations (exempt due to 25+ years old). The FH45 will be registered in Florida and the winning bidder will receive a clean Florida title when the transaction is completed. I travel on an average of once a month to Costa Rica to scout for restoration candidates and have them either restored to original condition (20 footers), or have the 40s/45s restored (frame-off) to better than original condition and in showroom quality when the right candidate is found (perfect at any distance). This HJ45 has turned out to be the nicest pickup truck I have ever seen completed! This is not the FJ45 (gasoline) but rather the HJ45 (diesel) and is very rare in the US in any condition and almost non-existent in this complete frame-off restoration condition. Bid with confidence!
