Highlights:1. The car is REALLY fun to drive to twisty roads. Heck, it's fun to drive anywhere.2. It's small, light, and simple. The design is elegant inside and out.3. Throttle response is outstanding and the sound is also great that goes along with that.4. Fuel efficient! I have gotten up to 28mpg on trips.5. Low cost. The grins per dollar ratio is strong here.6. This is going to be non-intuitive to most of you but I've installed fairly narrow wheels and tires so that the car moves around more when cornering hard. It's like the FR-S/BRZ approach. You can make it squirm around easily which is fun.7. SUPER RELIABLE. I've owned it a long time and it's never let me down with the exception of needing to replace a radiator hose on one occasion. Low points (in the spirit of full transparency):1. The convertible top does not go down. It's a power top and it unlatches just as it should, moves about 2 inches and then stops. You can then push the button again and it will re-close and re-latch. I have not diagnosed what's making it stop after 2 inches of movement.2. Chronic to these cars is poor build quality of the doors. I'm not sure what kind of goofballs they had designing or assembling these doors but these folks must have been asleep at the wheel. Details: - The windows squeak when going up or down. Especially down. Not a big deal, but... - The key tumbler does not work on the driver's side. You have to use the button on the fob to lock and unlock. Again, not a big deal because most modern folks use the fob button anyway. - The door handle does not work on the passenger side. You have to open that door from the inside. This was not a big deal for me because I rarely had passengers in this car. When I did, I would open the door for them while sitting inside.3. The tires are not runflats and they do not have pressure sensors. Hence the tire symbol lit up on the dashboard. Again, not a big deal - you ignore the light and carry a can of fix-a-flat.4. The traction control system does not work, hence the symbol on the dashboard that's the loop-shaped arrow with the triangle inside. See #6 above - this makes the car more fun! (but I didn't cause the traction control system to fail, it just happened!)5. There's a slow coolant leak near the pressure cap/tank. Not a big deal, I top off the coolant level whenever the indicator light shows up on the dashboard.6. Misc (small) paint chips and a couple of small dents; see pictures. It still looks great though. A friend of mine owns a car transport company and lives here in town. I'd be happy to put you into contact with him after a purchase is made and you can discuss the transport. He likely won't be cheaper than the "big box" transporters but we can help make it easy and he'd give the experience a personal touch. Or of course you could select your own company or just come get it in person. PRICE HAS ALREADY BEEN ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR THESE ISSUES. Hello and thank you for taking a look at my 2004 Mercedes E320 with AMG Appearance Package. This vehicle is in amazing condition for it's age and has low miles, and not to mention this vehicle has a COMPLETELY TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY through 100K miles or 2/2018. This warranty extends the original manufacturer warranty (contact me and I can send PDF version for viewing), as well as providing 24/7 roadside assistant, and rental reimbursement. I purchased it through my credit union when I purchased the vehicle as a certified used car. This is a South Florida car and has not seen a winter. I also have both sets of keys for the vehicle. I'm letting it go because I just took a job in Asheville NC and now have a company car, so this one no longer gets used. I have babied it and the prior owner was an elderly gentleman who did the same. This vehicle turns heads and gets compliments everywhere I go. I've never had any problems with the vehicle and I this model is known for its durability and can run 200K plus mileage wise. DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS BENZ! NDAD GUIDES LIST THE VALUE AT $31,900! This car has been extremely well taken care of and purchased for pleasure driving only; my other Benz was for business purposes only and just sold...this Benz has been garaged and/or covered 100% of the time...it has recently been completely serviced, new tires, etc., to the tune of over $3,000...all service records and original handbooks. The engine compartment is spotless and looks new as does the interior. The driver's seat shows some wear and will be touched up. The only other drivers of this car were mechanics, and the first owner. I am selling because I am moving out of the country. 1987 Mercedes 560SL Car runs great. Has a lifter tick, and odometer cable just broke but could be easily fixed. Dash is cracked. Needs new soft convertible top, but comes with nice hard top. Car is a collectors item. Its fast and I love this car but I have too many projects. Car is in fair condition. It is a great, strong running car and a classic. NADA value $9,350
