For about $1,000 now the underside can be selectively hand scrapped and coated to slow the corrosion process but he said with the equipment on this truck and the super low price we are asking to just sell it in it's current condition. It is a 1 owner bus that is in mechanically excellent condition. You will find a lot less wear than usual for the year and miles. Buy with confidence! We have driven this bus extensively without worry. This van has been in full operations and use literally until the day we got it so we are confident in it's overall condition. We have had this van fully mechanically inspected, evaluated, and a VA State Safety Inspection just performed without any significant issues. We have an independent repair facility check out our vehicles and do a pre-sale inspection. They cold started the van to make sure there is no smoke and this van starts right up perfectly. They take it a step further and check all the belts, hoses, fluids, take our vehicles on a test drive, and even check batteries. We had a mechanic test drive this van on the highway and around town, too just to further ensure it's condition. This bus offers a like new, wheel chair lift. It has a custom yellow cover (you will notice folded on the luggage rack in the pictures). The lift is easy to operate and has clear instructions printed and laminated in the back of the bus. Even if you don't think you will use a wheel chair lift for an actual wheel chair, customers over the years have found these useful for items such as large coolers, over sized strollers, heavy bags, and even elders who find climbing stairs challenging. This van currently has CUSTOM SEATING for 16 passengers and large luggage rack. We have taken this van out for work, used it all day in the 100 degree heat and found it to be a lot of fun and practical. The circular seating makes getting on and off super easy, conversation among the group easy and provides a clear line of sight for all passengers. I imagine this would be particularly useful if you needed to supervise the riders (ie a school environment) as there is a clear line of sight to all passengers without having to walk or move along the bus.
