12 Chevy Volt with electrical problem.Car has never been in an Accident , NO FLOOD !Car will not Start . Several modules were replaced and needs to be programed. ECM, BCM, ONSTAR were replaced and needs to be programed. The Battery control module, Transmission control module, Power brake control module , inverter , power steering module and some other modules were tested and work fine. .The modules won't program due to communication error . I do not know what is causing that ( could be grounding issue , or one of the modules that need to be replaced, I do not know. ) I do not have an MDI (GDI) tool that Chevy dialer use so I can not diagnose the problem. There is message - no remote detected , due to Bcm replacement , the key has to be programed. There is a dent on passenger door (look at the picture) and also small ding on the roof.
