'93 Chevy Suburban for sale, need to sell fast as we are preparing to move. Good: Has new FRONT a/c system installed, works great. Power windows and power locks work good. Rebuilt TBI unit. New fuel pump, new MAP sensor, new cap, rotor, and plugs. New radiator. Fairly new Kenwood CD player with Soundstream dash speakers, Pioneer rear door speakers that sound good. Has spare tire with bottle jack. OEM roof rack. New grille (still needs amber corners, bowtie, and bumper filler). Rebuilt 4L60E transmission! Shifts good through all gears. 454SS wheels. Has 3rd row seat with seatbelts. No cracks in the glass. Remote Keyless Entry with alarm. Bad: Rust on roof, needs paint and body work, door alignments (have pins/bushings for that) needs new EGR valve (cause of CEL) needs new carpets or stain removal, needs door panels on rear doors. Heater core needs replaced. Needs rear blower motor and rear a/c system repaired. Needs to be registered (last registered in TX, have clear title in my name). The Story: This Suburban was a local trade in, adult owned, garaged, non smoking and no pets. 3/4 ton big block 4x4 suburbans like this are very hard to find and most people hang to them forever as it the only non diesel 7 passenger SUV that will tow just about anything you put behind it with ease. This burb is super tight, runs and drives great, has gobs of power, completely rust free and is ready for some summer fun. I let my wife drive this beast for a couple days and she begged me to keep it, sorry "leadfoot" not gonna happen. I also own an 02 3/4 LT 4X4 burb with a factory 6.0 and lower miles that will become available soon. Options and Drive train:This big burb is equipped with a very 8.1powerful 5.9 (496) Vortec V8 engine, auto trans, 4WD, ice cold front/rear AC, power windows/locks, fog lights, tint, autoride suspension, leather (non smoking) interior, quad seats, DVD, Delphi II XM2go, 3rd row seating, cargo cover, tow package, adjustable pedals, expendable power tow mirrors, brakes are excellent, just installed 4 brand new AT tires on factory alloy wheels and pronaly more that I missed. We gave it a fresh oil change/filter service and it is turn key. Make a reasonable cash offer and you will own this suburban. Though in excellent overall condition, this a used 12 year old 4WD family SUV and as you would expect there are some imperfections. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes surprises. There is some damage and scrapes on the drivers side rear fender flare and body just in front of the fender (see photos) There are a few very small scratches and dings as you would expect on a 4X4 SUV of this age but nothing out of the ordinary There is wear damage on the side of the drivers seat bottom, a common GM issue ( see photos) There is staining in the drivers floor carpet under the mat (see photos) I'm hoping my detail guy can get some of this out or cover it with weather-tech liners and forget about it. Condition This 1994 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 5.7 liter V8 is in used condition and shows minor aesthetic wear. There is a dent in the front driver-side quarter-panel near the driver's door, but is purely aesthetic (it does not affect the door or the vehicle in any way.) The Suburban has been taken care of very well, and has been serviced regularly. The vehicle itself has just over 193,000 miles and still runs perfectly. The vehicle has never had a cigarette smoked within the vehicle. The tires included with the car are practically brand-new.
