This Suburban is owned by my son and his wife. She has driven it daily to work for the last 9 years. They have maintained the vehicle regularly during that time. The tires were purchased as a new set about 4,000 miles ago. The A/C works both front and back and the 4 wheel drive also is in working condition. The interior is in good condition with no rips or tears in the leather. The truck received a new fuel pump about 40k miles ago and a new power steering pump last year. The front wheel bearings were replaced about the same time. They have one son so the interior has primarily only carried the driver except on weekends when the 3 of them may have traveled together.This Suburban has been driven year round in Michigan so there is some rust in the lower panels. There aren't any holes in the floor or any place that would compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle.My wife and I spend the winter months in Ft Myers, FL but we recently had to come back to Michigan for a death in the family. We have two cars in Florida so we are looking at our options for transportation back to Ft Myers after Xmas. If this Suburban is purchased by someone living in the southern states, we could drive it to the buyer and then find transportation to Ft Myers, FL. My son travels to several states monthly for his employer and there is a possibility that he could deliver the truck to mid eastern states or parts of Missouri. We believe this vehicle had an engine fire that started by the left side of engine under the hood. This vehicle needs a hood, left fender, front bumper cover, grille, left headlight, header panel, and almost everything under the hood(harness, coolers, ac lines, airbox,ect.). With our 33 plus years of inspecting vehicles we believe the engine is OK, just needs all the plastic and accessories. Oil change sticker shows 9887 which we believe to be accurate of what is on the vehicle based on how clean the rest of it is. 2009 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ, 4x4 with a 5.3L, only 109,000 miles. This vehicle is loaded, heated leather seats, 3rd row, DVD Player, moon roof, center bucket seats. This vehicle was hit in the front, from what we can see it will need a hood, grille, both headlights, left side fender, front bumper assembly, radiator, condenser, radiator support, cooling fans, both front seat belts, drivers airbag, we also believe the left frame rail needs to be pulled. The Suburban runs and drives great, it is very clean inside and out, this vehicle was very well taken care of.
