PLEASE take a few seconds to look over my THOUSANDS of positive feedback. I am an OVERLY honest seller and this is my personal truck that I have described good and bad to the smallest detail. You will be more than pleased with this awesome truck. This listing is for a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ. I purchased this truck in 2011 with 2xxxx miles on the odometer. Since I purchased this vehicle, I have invested a ton of money to make this truck the head turning diesel it is now. I am selling this truck as I have done with all of my trucks when they reach the end of their factory warranty. I am purchasing a new Duramax so the option is open for an In and Out with my dealer to simplify the paper work IF needed.Factory features of this truck at a glance are:Heated Leather seatsZ71 packageAdjustable foot pedalsElectric Sun/Moon RoofKeyless entry with auto startUpgrades include:Front and rear Genuine Ranch Hand bumpersNitto Terra Grappler Tires 95% remaining with spare18 inch procomp alloys with spareGorilla Lugs2 DieHard Platinum Batteries (purchased 2014)This truck DOES NOT SMOKE! Smoke equals lost horsepower and a foul tune. This tune is spot on and will last a million miles. The performance modifications were carefully considered. Being an owner of many corvettes, my idea of modifications are tastful and made for enhancement of the endurance of my vehicle. And fantastic (non hillbilly) sound from the exhaust. This truck runs with lower stock egt's (exhaust gas tempatures) they average 800 crusing with a max at wide open throttle of about 1100 which prolongs basically your whole engine. And the increase of gas mileage. 16 mpg combined drving over 14mpg stock. I see 19-21 mpg on the highway at 80 mph over a 100 mile average drive.Performance modifications are:Tuned by LJC performance in Waco TexasDSP5 Switch 4 tunes and security mode:(this switch is located to the left of the steering wheel and with a turn of the key on the fly you get)(tune 1 Stock)(tune 2 Towing)(tune 3 Performance)(tune 4 High Performance)(tune 5 security *truck can NOT be started with the tune key out of the truck in this position*)Turbo DownpipeMBRP exhaust with hidden outlet and MBRP Muffler(The sound of this truck is a few decibles over stock with a low rumble and every once in a while you can hear the turbo perform a vein test )*awesome sound!*DPF DeleteAFE Cold Air IntakeAutometer lighted Boost and Pyrometer Gauges. One of my favorite hobbies is Car Audio. I have installed 100's of systems in the last 20 years and JL Audio is my favorite manufacture. Pioneer AVH-4000NEX (AWESOME bluetooth deck!) Use your phone to stream all of your music and phone calls are a snap with the microphone above the rearview mirror.Factory Steering wheel controls and door chimes are retained .Rearview camera mounted on the bumper for EASE of hookup to trailers.JL AUDIO HD 900/5 AMPJL Audio BASS control knob located next to the tune key switch by the steering wheel.2 pair JL Audio front and rear doors C5 650 X Coaxial Speaker Systems1 pair JL Audio of ZR 100 tweeters1 pair of JL Audio W1 V2 12 inch Subwoofers in a downfire proboxThe floor and rear of the truck is completely lined in sound deading material. The ampliflier is mounted under the front console and the rear a/c vent is modified to blow on the amp to ensure it stays at peak level at all times.Passport Escort 8500 hardwired to turn on when the truck is started and turn off when the truck is turned off. Hardwire "passive" button is hidden below radio controls for ease of mute.Towing is a breeze with this truck. It has never had anything besides a utility trailer behind it for 2000-5000 LB light loads down local roads. NO 5th wheel ever. Towing enhansments include:B&W stow and go 3 way receiver hitchSpray in bed linerAir Ride bagged rear Suspension with hidden gauge and controls in the console.Detail of the truck:I HATE woodgrain with a passion so i removed all of the trim and painted it back to match.I recently purchased the front and rear set of genuine LLOYDS brand custom match black "silverado" floor mats.I only use Zaino Bros products with the interior and exterior of this truck. The smell is fantastic and on the outside, the paint is in better than normal condition. Of course there are little scratchs all around the vehicle mainly down by the tires but I get compliments EVERY week on this truck so that speaks for its self. I point out the any flaws in the body in the pictures mainly the dent in the bed of the truck and the tailgate has many more scratchs than any other panel and a slight dent that doesnt show up in the pictures. Here is the history of the truck good and bad:Never been wrecked. The only paintwork is to the drivers door for a door ding and paintless dent repairNEVER had engine or transmission problems of any kindI have replaced 2 glowplugs so far.The worst thing that has not been fixed is the gas gauge goes down way to fast. About 13 gallons it starts to show empty. I have started using the "gallons used" feature temporarly. I just havent had time to get this fixed. It would require a fuel sending unit. Not a big deal, just a nuesence. The passenger handle by the windshield is missing its screw covers. The rear seat on the drivers side is missing a plastic cover as see in the picture. The dash has a small crack between the defroster vent and air bag ( about 2 inches) this is on basically any truck from 2007 to 2013 and STILL is not a recall! The steering wheel has its normal flaking of paint and use of wear.Tires were purchased a few months ago from Discount tire and have certificates. I rate them at about 95%. The spare is an previous tire at about 30% mounted on a spare matching ProComp Rim.We used keys to turn the front end up on the truck to fit the larger tires. The truck has a perfect allignment. The tires wear perfectly. The truck of course rides stiffer with the tortion bars cranked up.The truck includes 1 factory key and keyfob. And one door only key.Oil is ALWAYS changed every 5000 miles with Mobil 1 Diesel and Genuine AC Delco filterFuel Filter is changed every other oil change with Genuine AC DelcoTransmission spin on filter was changed at approx 25k, 50k, 75K, and last service on vehicle about 94k.Both oil and fuel filters are about 75% new right now.
