Up for sale is a supercharged 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500HD LT Four-wheel drive. ***Just looked at the vehicle accident report. My lawn trailer was hit in the rear, NOT the truck!! The only damage to the trailer was the right side tail light was busted.*** I purchased in January of 2008 with 139446 miles. I have meticulously maintained this truck for as long as I have owned it and it has never let me down. I have always used Mobil 1 oil and have kept record of every gas fill-up, oil change, (uses approx. 1/2 QT every 7500 miles), and just about every repair. That is easy to do since I have only had to do regular maintenance for the most part. I added the supercharger @ 190,000 miles to help the engine and transmission. I use the truck mostly in town to pull a lawn trailer. The supercharger didn't help nor hurt the gas mileage, (approx. 20 MPG HWY and 8~10 MPG while puling a tandem axle loaded lawn trailer around town) , but you sure can feel the difference when going uphill while pulling a trailer. Everything works as expected, heat, a/c, heated seats, power windows, etc. Below are the details of the truck and repairs / upgrades: The good: White exterior with NO RUST, dark grey leather interior. It has the 6.0 liter Vortec engine with a 4L80E automatic transmission and 3:73 auto-locking rear differential. K&N cold air intake, Magnuson supercharger with Superchips Flashpaq Tuner adding an additional 120 HP and 120 FT lbs. torque to beef it up to 420 HP and 480 FT lbs. torque, Mechman 270 amp High output alternator, Optima yellow-top battery. Spray in bed liner. Power camper mirrors, (bottom part manual). Many recent parts including Moog upper control arms, pitman and idler arms. New power steering gear box installed. Newer power brake hydro-booster, (from salvage yard with less than 60K), Bilstein shocks, 2500 HD leaf springs, complete rear end, (from salvage yard with less than 50k and I have the original rear end as well. It started whining and was cheaper to get a used one than to have this one repaired. No metal shavings so I think it may just need new bearings), newer severe duty rotors and new Hawk severe duty front and rear brake pads. Rear brake pads are still good, so the new Hawk severe duty rear pads are still in the box. I did change the entire fuel pump unit once and have another new replacement to go with the truck. It does have a secondary fuel pump that came with the supercharger. I also have the original intake manifold and accessories along with the original air cleaner box. The stereo is a Kenwood KIV-901BT blue tooth radio with back-up camera and hands-free phone operation. Focal K2 Power front speakers, Polk Audio rears, Blaupunkt extra set of tweeters in a-pillars, two JL audio amps, 500/5 and 300/4, along with an Alpine PDX-600M amp. 4 10" subs, (two Pioneer B-Flat in under-the-seat box and two Kicker Comps behind the seat, all work but only three are hooked up at this time), (stereo has been a work in progress for several years. All stereo equipment is hidden and takes up no seating space. Garmin nuvi 3597 5" GPS mounted in the overhead console. Michelin 265/75/16 tires with great tread. Under the dash integrated trailer brake. Two Cadillac Escalade front seat backs, (only driver's installed). Have the original driver's seat back with no tears, the Cadillac is just more comfortable. Driver's seat bottom has newer leather. The bad: ABS code C0265 EBCM Motor Relay Circuit has started coming on every once in a while. The best outcome is that it needs new solder to the relay connections inside the module. The worst outcome is to replace the EBCM. I may have this done before it sells. There are minor chips and dings on the exterior. I jack-knifed my trailer several years ago into the right rear fender leaving a minor dent. Also, I rubbed up against a tree on the driver's door while backing up a dirt driveway with the trailer another time. I have taken pictures of the damage, but some is hard to see on the photos. I paid a dent-less repair guy at one time to try and repair this, but I think he only made it worse. If you don't care about the minor dings and chips, then you can use touch-up paint and it will be good to go. I have an estimate from a local painter to take care of all the dings and do a re-spray for $1200.00 to $2,000.00, depending on prep work done by me or him and type of paint. This is for a base coat / clear coat paint job done well. I am only selling due to my wife "allowing" me to get a new truck. Asking $13,000.00 OBO. I can knock off about a grand if you don't want the amps, speakers, stereo with back-up camera and hands-free calling, HO alternator, speakers, GPS.
