The “Bonanza” package was a special value option package to promote the pickup during the mid to late 70’s for GM. In a nut shel it was a sales incentive program GM introduced to trigger sales. This truck has been a rust free Florida truck. It has some nice original options including: A/C (not working), Tilt Wheel, 4X4, 3.73 Rearend, 5.7 Engine, Chrome Grill, Upper and Lower Body Side Molding, Fleetside, Tinted Glass, Locking Differential, Dual Fuel Tanks (one functional), Scottsdale and Bonanza package. The paint is BEAUTIFUL and has been repainted the original Code 73 Cardinal red. It is solid and straight. The inner and outer rockers are excellent and so are the cab corners (Prone to rust). The undercarriage is solid and free of any scale or rot. This truck has been well taken care of and it shows. The interior is in nice condition. The inside hood latch has been relocated to a pull release under the front bumper. Im not sure why the AC is not functional, i haven't looked into it. The truck runs and drives well. It drives straight and has good power with a strong exhaust sound. Finding a regular cab, short box 4X4 is difficult; especially finding one free of any rust or rot. The “Bonanza” package was a special value option package to promote the pickup during the mid to late 70’s for GM. In a nut shel it was a sales incentive program GM introduced to trigger sales. This truck has been a rust free Florida truck. It has some nice original options including: A/C (not working), Tilt Wheel, 4X4, 3.73 Rearend, 5.7 Engine, Chrome Grill, Upper and Lower Body Side Molding, Fleetside, Tinted Glass, Locking Differential, Dual Fuel Tanks (one functional), Scottsdale and Bonanza package. The paint is BEAUTIFUL and has been repainted the original Code 73 Cardinal red. It is solid and straight. The inner and outer rockers are excellent and so are the cab corners (Prone to rust). The undercarriage is solid and free of any scale or rot. This truck has been well taken care of and it shows. The interior is in nice condition. The inside hood latch has been relocated to a pull release under the front bumper. Im not sure why the AC is not functional, i haven't looked into it. The truck runs and drives well. It drives straight and has good power with a strong exhaust sound. Finding a regular cab, short box 4X4 is difficult; especially finding one free of any rust or rot.
