FOR SALE: 1958 Chevy Apache 3800! This truck has been completely restored and is powered with a modern 305 V-8. Drives and stops perfectly and turns heads everywhere she goes. Ready for ranch work or cruising to the car show! Restoration started with taking the truck down to bare frame, which was sandblasted and epoxy painted. Brakes upgraded to modern dual circuit master cylinder. All new brake shoes, spring, wheel cylinders and E-brake cables. All new fuel lines and a 19-gallon aluminum fuel tank mounted between the rails. The suspension was rebuilt with new front springs, new shocks, bushings, U-joints, and shackles. The truck was completely repainted in a flawless silver, which shows very well. The custom bed has been narrowed to the width of the cab and siderails, a tailgate, and headache rack we added. A receiver hitch was added to the bed. The truck is powered by a 305 V-8 and has aprox. 34,000 miles on it. It has an Edelbrock intake and 4-barrel carb. The V-8 was upgraded with HEI ignition, new starter, new oil pump, fuel pump, and exhaust. This is mated to a synconized SM465 4-speed manual. The transmission has a new clutch, pressure plate, linkage, and bearings. The interior has been dynomated and has new carpet, new seats, and a custom center console. New stereo, new glass, seals, and weatherstripping. New two-speed wiper, blades, heater rebuilt with new hoses.
