The transmission and clutch in this truck are strong as can be and there are no shifting or clutch issues to be found. The tires have plenty of life left as pictured and it passed DE state inspection without a hitch. It has a small but noticeable exhaust leak at the manifold until it warms up but does not effect its ability to run and drive normally. The wooden bed is in decent shape but has a few boards that are in need of a little attention within a season or two. I've owned this truck for over 25 years. It has had professional service during that time and all records/receipts are available. The suspension has been updated with a Mustang 2 front end and a Camaro posi rear. There are disc brakes on the front and drums at the rear. The front brakes are set up with a Wilwood distribution block with an adjustable proportioning valve. The rear posi has had modern shocks fitted to it. This truck rides and handles like a newer vehicle. The chassis was cleaned and painted at a restoration shop three years ago. This truck has been sorted out___ there are no funny noises when driving it and no smoke out the back. The only thing that I can think of for improving, would be to update the inside door panels.
