1957 Chevrolet NapcoThis is a rare half ton 5400 GVW assembly line built napco four wheel drive. The truck runs great, quiet, idles smooth, and doesn't smoke. It had old gas in the tank so I have it running on a tank under the hood for now. Brakes, and emergency brakes work. The water pump leaks some, and will need to be rebuilt because I wasn't able to find a replacement. The truck is pretty solid with only two places on the bottom of the front fenders, two very small places on the side of the hood, and one very very small spot on the cab behind the passenger door. The front cab corners are solid along with the brackets that the bottom of the front fenders bolt to. The rear cab corners are solid. The cab floors are solid with no rust, and the steps under the doors are also solid. The doors, and hood open, and close good. All the glass is good but the windshield, it has a small crack in it. The right front fender, and both rear fenders have some dents on them. It still has the original paint on it which is paint code 767 royal blue. It has all five of the 16" rims with the clips for the hubcaps. The head lights, and front parking lights work, and I removed the after market rear bumper that had the taillights in it so there's no taillights. 1998 Chevrolet 3500 Dually TruckI'm the original owner of this truck, I bought it new at Day's Chevrolet here in Acworth, Ga., and I kept all of the paper work that came with it. Its the last year for the 454 engine, and it runs great, and doesn't smoke. I changed the oil every 3,000 mile, serviced the transmission ever 35 to 40,000 miles. I have never had a problem with it other than the normal wear items, it has never been a work truck just my daily driver. I just done the front brakes, and changed the oil about 4 weeks ago, I have always used valvoline oil since day one. It's the original paint, and it has a few places that's showing some age, and the interior has some wear on the drivers seat. I put a pro comp 6" lift, and a set of Alcoa wheels on it in 2000, and the original exhaust was in the way of putting the front drive shaft back in it, and I never redone the exhaust so I could put it back in, but I still have it, and I also still have the original rims that came on it.
