Restored, maintained, and well-kept, this Nova is ready to be taken to the next level. Or, use it as is. Comes with original chrome trim package which was a relatively rare option even back in 1965 -- it's very rare to have all the original trim these days. 1975 CHEVY NOVA HATCHBACK. ONLY 54K ACTUAL MILES, HIGHLY ORIGINAL 2 OWNER CALIFORNIA CAR. THIS CAR CAME FROM THE FACTORY WITH THE 1975-ONLY 262 V8 ENGINE, LINKED TO A TH350 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, FLOWING INTO A DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM. WE BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM THE GM DEALER IN SUNLAND, CALIFORNIA, WHERE THEY HAD TAKEN IT IN ON A TRADE FROM THE ELDERLY ORIGINAL OWNERS. IT HAS BEEN A BLAST TO OWN, AND VERY DEPENDABLE. IT HAS BEEN USED IN MANY PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTS, AND THE BACK ARE IS EVEN BIG ENOUGH FOR CAR-CAMPING. THE ONLY REAL MODIFICATION WE DID TO IT WAS TO PUT IN A GOOD PIONEER STEREO. THE ORIGINAL OWNERS HAD IT TINTED. THE PAINT IS GOOD OVERALL, BUT COULD USE A COUPLE TOUCH UPS, SPECIFICALLY TO A SMALL RUST SPOT CAUSED BY A PLUGGED DRAIN HOLE IN THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT FENDER. IT HAS NOT GROWN AT ALL DURING OUR OWNERSHIP. PASSENGER FRONT RIGHT GOT A VERY MINOR TAP IN A PARKING LOT. NOTHING SERIOUS, BUT IT BEARS MENTIONING. WE PUT THE ARMRESTS INTO AN UPHOLSTERY SHOP, ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS THE FOLLOWING WEEK, SO THOSE NEED TO BE SOURCED AND REPLACED. THIS CAR IS VERY STRAIGHT AND CLEAN OVERALL, AND GETS A LOT OF ATTENTION EVERYWHERE WE TAKE IT. IT HAS NEW TIRES AND RUNS GREAT. THIS CAR IS READY TO BE ENJOYED AS-IS, OR A FUN AND RARE CAR TO DO A MUSCLE OR HOT ROD PROJECT WITH. DOG-DISH STYLE HUBCAPS COMPLETE THE "PLAIN-JANE" LOOK.
