Seen on MavTv for Optima Search for the Ultimate Street Car Competed in the “Muscle Car of the Year “ 2014 There is a Feature article in November's Chevy High Performance on News stands Now. Nova was built and finished in 2014. There is now about 800 miles on it. The car was asked to compete in the 2014 Car Craft Magazine “Muscle Car of the Year.” (link below).. Car was also used by TCI Engineering as a test car. Car was also at Car Craft Nationals in St. Paul Minnesota. There it won the Best Pro Touring Car by Editors. (link below). Competed in the Real Street Eliminator at 2014 Car Craft Nationals. Also Chevy High Performance Magazine did a photo shot on the car (link below) Car was on MavTv for the Optima's Search For The Ultimate Street Car. This car attacks a lot of attention. Here is the info on car. Motor is a Stock block 6.0 . All that was done to the lower end is new rings, ARP rod bolts. There is a Holley oil pan, Stock GM LS6 cam. Heads are LS6 that were ported and a set of PAC springs installed. Intake is a stock LS2 GTO with Stock drive by wire throttle body. There is a set of Lingenfelter 60lb injectors. Turbo is a 72mm Turbonetics with a custom intercooler made by Topline Design & Speed. Tial wastegate and blow off valve. There is also K&N filters on the intake and breathers. Radiator is a AFCO with a Spal single fan. There is a set of Holley Cast manifolds feeding a Dyno Max Muffler. Transmission is a 4L60E that was all redone with the best parts.. Converter is a 2800 stall from PATC. There is all Hardened internal parts to hold the power of the motor. Rear end is a GM 12bolt with Ford 9in ends and narrowed By Topline Design & Speed. There is Mark Williams Axles and a Truetrac posi with 3.55 Strange gears. Brakes are 14in Brembo 6 piston front and rear. Car stops on a dime. Front and rear suspension is all TCI. Front end is a Mustang 2 with a power rack. The rear end is a 4 link from TCI. There is Viking coil over Adjustable shocks all around. Wheels are TSW 18x9 front and rear.. Tire are Nitto NT05 275/35-18 Stock fuel tank with a custom made drop in fuel pump. Fuel pump is a Aeromotive A1000 and a stock Gm regulator. All AN fittings on all fuel lines. There is also a fuel cooler on the line. Roll bar was made to be removed. The interior is stock with the exception of the Dakota Dash and Kenwood CD played. It also has a B&M shifter. There is original seat belts in the rear and RideTech 5 point harnesses in the front. The complete interior was also repainted. Paint is a 2013 Ford Mustang color (Kona Blue) Body is awesome and flawless. Top is in great shape no problems. There is also a boot to cover the top when down. Front splitter is a Custom made out of Aluminum. There is no decals on the car now. As I stated in add. This car was finished in 2014 and everything was replaced or worked on. This car can be driven anywhere. Turbo doesn’t start working till over 3000 rpm. Car made 500hp at 5 psi and 700hp at 15 psi. There is a switch in the dash to switch between 5 psi or 15 psi. (His and Her Switch, see pictures). Car will put you in your seat and keep you there. Car can be seen and has to be picked up in Auburn AL. You can send an inspector if you need. Completely restored original Nova Super Sport. Crimson Red. Frame off restoration on body and chassis. Painted nice cherry red. Vortec 350 CID engine taken from a 1994 Chevy truck and totally rebuilt by a performance engine shop with a mild street cam. Road Demon Carburetor. Nice chrome under hood. Chrome trim on car is in super condition. Smooth 700R4 transmission. Vintage auto air conditioning. Restoration sound radio with powered antenna and external inputs. New carpet, seat upholstery,headliner and door panels. Most rubber seals are new. Cragar SS wheels with 15" x 7 on back and 14"x 6 on front. Has a small dent in drivers side front quarter panel. Easy PDR fix. Car has been totally, professionally rewired with modern style fuse panel and all new wiring front to back. Rewire was done in a very nice manner with period correct materials. New aluminum dual fan radiator with DIP switch controller. Flaming River rack and pinion steering with tilt steering wheel. SSBC front disc brakes, drum rear. Air shocks in rear. Photos show with 50 lbs pressure in shocks. Glass all good. Manual steering and brakes. This is an incredibly nice car that runs and drives very good. I am moving and i need to sell it. I bought this car from a shop that had restored it (Butch's Customs in Huntsville, AL). The owner needed to cash out after investing over $50k in parts and labor. Once i bought it I put in the SSBC brakes, had the car professionaly rewired, and put in the new radiator. The wiring is very pretty. I also put in the Road Demon carburetor. The engine has under 1000 miles on it and I have been going very easy on it in order to give a proper break in. All guages work but the speedo lies. Things left to do - This car has C-Clip eliminator axels. As a result the stock emergency brake cable did not fit. Next owner may want a functioning emergency brake. There is no insulation in the floors or door panels, so it is a little loud inside. Personnaly i like to turn up the a/c, lower the windows and crank the radio up. Together with the engine sound it is perfect...for me. Paint needs polishing in spots and drips from the master cylinder curdled the paint. I have a can of paint for brush type touch up. Car is near show quality but needs work here and there. Mileage is unknown. Alabama does not issue titles for a car of this age, so the buyer will get a bill of sale and the registration. Please come in person to inspect and please dont bid without ordering an inspection or coming to inspect it. I am only home Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
