THANK YOU. 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Dale Earnhardt Commemorative Edition w/ 26 miles -- $44,900.00Introduction Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS. You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve collected and sold nationally. I’ve got over 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve collected and sold over 300 classic cars and trucks. I own the entire inventory and know each vehicle well. I don’t offer consignments but will occasionally list a vehicle for a family member or friend. I currently sell 90% of my classic cars and trucks privately on various websites and 10% of my classic cars and trucks at the Barrett Jackson auto auctions. I’ve had many vehicles sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles at multiple Barrett Jackson auctions. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I’ve also featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I also have had many vehicles that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are already completed and slightly redesign them, service them and detail them. I have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. However, currently I’m not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! I opened the new facility located in Seekonk, Massachusetts in 2012. MS CLASSIC CARS is closed to the public but available by appointment Monday-Friday. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale between the current inventory and coming soon page. We also offer complete automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. I’ll consider all trades. If you’d like to be added to the MS CLASSIC CARS VIP EMAIL BLAST that gets sent to thousands of people when we get a new addition please visit my website and sign up. Please also like MS CLASSIC CARS on Facebook for updates. The power of networking is amazing! MarketI've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over 15 years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. I’m just a 39 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealer’s license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. The bottom line is I went all in. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” Marc Schiliro – The Owner Description2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Dale Earnhardt Commemorative Edition w/ 26 miles ATTENTION NASCAR FANS! 1 OF ONLY 10 BUILT! #4 OF 5 BLACK ONES BUILT! MS CLASSIC CARS COMPLETED A FULL CLASSIC CAR DETAIL VALUED AT $500.00! THIS IS A ONCE AND A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY! Dale Earnhardt is a NASCAR legend and will always be remembered. Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet decided to build ten 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Dale Earnhardt Commemorative Editions. They were built to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. This was also the last year of production for the Monte Carlo referred to as the sixth generation. This car was sold new at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet which is located at Newton, NC. From the information I’ve gathered it was purchased by a dealer/collector in Anaheim, CA who kept the car until 2010. As the Car Fax documents the dealer got the title issued in their name on 11-18-2010. It was sold on 12-02-2010 to the first registered owner on 12-10-2010 who lived in Helena, MT. Then the car was sold at an auction on 01-20-2011 to a classic car dealer/collector who lives in Scottsbluff, NE. MS CLASSIC CARS purchased the car from them recently. So based on all the information it appears this is a one owner vehicle besides it going through the dealers. It’s very obvious this car has been in the hands of collectors since new. When I purchased the car I immediately contacted Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet to discuss the car. I have copied the email as documentation which states the following: “Yes, this car is one of the five Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Commemorative Editions which were built to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. We actually made ten of them, but they were split into two sets, five red and five black to respectively represent Dale Jr (red) and Dale Sr (black)” Samuel Jackson - Creative Director of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet This car is in absolutely beautiful condition with only 26 original miles. The black paint is stunning and virtually flawless. The silver racing stripes add character and bring out the muscle car look. It has special badging on the quarter panels and rear trunk lid. It sits on really nice wheels and tires that fill up the wheel wells perfectly. When you open the doors you step into like new black leather interior that is extremely comfortable. It has many factory options. The engine compartment is highly detailed and home to the 5.3L V8 that produces 303 horsepower. The engine runs and sounds sweet. The trunk compartment is very spacious and has the cargo net for storage. The undercarriage is also highly detailed. This car obviously has never seen rain. I wonder if it’s ever even seen the highway, lol. Some of the items included with the car are the front license plate with plastic, Dale Earnhardt owner’s manuals, travel bag, blanket and t-shirts. If you’re a Chevrolet enthusiast, a Monte Carlo enthusiast, a NASCAR enthusiast or just a car buff this is an automobile worth considering. This 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS was the last year of this model and only has 26 miles. That’s very impressive just in itself. However, this car is only one of ten Dale Earnhardt Commemorative Editions which makes it very impressive. This is a once and a lifetime opportunity to purchase a very special car that should increase in value in years to come. Get it before someone else does! Inspection ReportUnfortunately most classic vehicles that are being advertised for sale by dealers and private parties aren't exactly what are being advertised for sale. This is an industry with no real guidelines and everyone's opinion is completely different. The average consumer doesn’t realize classic vehicles weren’t restored at the factory and are being restored by people in their garages. Everyone’s level of restoration experience is different and it shows in the restoration. An example would be a classic vehicle that's being advertised as an original model with matching numbers could be a phony with a reproduction trim tag and re stamped numbers on the engine block, etc. Another example would be a classic vehicle is being advertised as a full restoration when indeed only a few things have been restored. There are many classic vehicles listed for sale that have cosmetic and mechanical issues with such items as the lights, body hinges, gauges, window components, steering components, upholstery, engine leaks and tuning, radiators, transmission, rear end, brake components and suspension components. The consumers are spending thousands of dollars repairing the classic vehicles they've purchased after the sale. At MS CLASSIC CARS I own the entire inventory and take pride in what I sell. I'm not a consignment dealer who is only looking to make a quick buck on a vehicle that they don't even own. I’ve seen dealers and private parties purchase classic vehicles at auctions and online and immediately list them for sale. They never even touched the vehicle. Even with 15+ years’ experience and having collected and sold over 300 classic vehicles I’ve experienced that all the classic vehicles need some attention. Obviously some need more than others but the bottom line is they all need something. I do the best of our ability to purchase quality classic vehicles, prepare them and advertise them honestly. To be clear I’m not in the restoration business. I collect and sell classic vehicles that have already been restored and do our best to bring them to another level with service and detail work. Unlike many dealers when you call or email to inquire about a classic vehicle you speak directly to me. I purchase all the classic vehicles for MS CLASSIC CARS, follow the service and detail process, write the descriptions, take the photos, advertise them for sale and answer all the calls and emails. I'll personally go over the entire vehicle and tell you everything I knows about it. I'll also give you my personal opinion about the classic vehicle of your choice and decide if it’s truly the right fit for you. If you've read the introduction tab or visited my website you’ll probably agree I'm a bit of a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic vehicles. MS CLASSIC CARS has a great reputation and we continue to raise the bar in the classic car and truck world. These are older vehicles and aren’t new but were doing our best to make them function, look great and honestly describe them. I sell our classic cars and trucks very quickly because consumers see the value. I’m currently selling 80% of my vehicles within 30 days of listing them for sale. Once you've committed to purchase a classic vehicle from MS CLASSIC CARS, I’ll make it a very easy process from start to finish. Once the funds have cleared I'll immediately mail the paperwork USPS 2-day air. A CD with the description and photos of the vehicle you purchased will be included in the package. I'll also assist in enclosed door to door transportation. I look forward to working with you. Please read my testimonials and eBay positive feedback. Thank you for the opportunity!
