This beautiful black 1977 Monte Carlo has been completely restored, has a 650 HP big-block motor and is in as-new condition. If you are interested in a really strong beautiful 1970s hot rod this could be the one. This project started with a frame-off, cost-no-object restoration in 1987, but was driven only sparingly after completion. The original big-block engine and Nash 5-speed transmission proved problematic, and the owner faced college and other family expenses that took the option of a top-quality rebuild off the table for many years. But the owner loved the car and held on to it, putting it into climate controlled storage about 1990. His circumstances changed in recent years and the no-expense-spared build of a new big-block motor mated to a 6-speed Richmond manual transmission was installed quite recently. All told, the owner has invested well over $100k in this beautiful and fast hot rod. Check out the photos and you will see what I mean. The owner recently retired and moved to a condo in Florida and has decided that it is finally time to part with this well-cared-for custom. The car is located in the Boston metropolitan area and the owner is available for any and all questions.
