This beautiful 1985 Monte SS G Body has to be one of the finer examples of an all original Ultra Low Mileage Survivor of its kind out there today!! I purchased the car right out of the original owners garage last summer where it was hidden since new with only seeing minimal road use over its original ownership. I knew about the car hiding out as my father actually ordered and sold it BRAND NEW to the original owner in 1985! The original owner would start the car over the years but had actually not licensed and driven the car on the road since 1992. I have pictures of original owners “85 SS” vanity plates with the ’92 tag sticker as the car sat idle in his garage minutes before it was pushed out and put on the tow truck to go back to my garage. In the Monte’s first 7 years of its life (1985-1992) the original owner along with his wife had only accumulated 2211 Kms (1373 MILES) on the odometer. The car still retains all of its original factory installed OEM parts. The original engine compartment looks like it did back when the car was brand new including all the original GM belts, Hoses, Vacuum Lines etc. If you actually walk around and look over the car in person you could easily imagine yourself standing at the Chevy dealership back in 1985 looking at a Brand New 1985 Monte SS model on the showroom floor. Fortunately, the fact that it was left to sit undisturbed and covered from UV rays and moisture for so many years was the real reason behind the preservation of this all original survivor car. The long hibernation for the Monte made for an incredible find for me to say the least! It was just like those stories you read in car magazines of “Unmolested Survivor Finds” and “Low Mileage Barn Finds" etc. Car has to be seen to be apprieciated this is 100% the REAL DEAL SHOW CAR WINNER HERE FOR THE TAKING! For potential buyers it should be noted that the A/C does not blow cold as it has lost its charge over the many years of sitting. It is still setup for R12 and that refrigerant is not available in Canada anymore. I chose to leave it as is and original therefore not converting it over to the current R134. The Monte has been licensed and driven very little this year but the speedometer is ever so slowing climbing. Since the uncovering the mileage now stands at 2340 Kms (1454 All Original Miles). The headliner from 30 years is starting to sag in a few spots and at some point to make it perfect should be replaced but it is only original ONCE!I have kept anything I changed on the car which was only all the fluids and filters (oil and trans filter bagged) and the delco battery is new. The other thing was the rad core section had to be redone at a cost of $500 + just due to some corrosion. I kept the center section as it had unique 305 stencil marking from the factory. All original tires, all original interior (floor mats are not just put in to keep carpets mint). Engine bay is award winning and 100% original. The headlights even have line markings from Quality Control checks (blue pencil markings on pass side head light sealed beam bulb). Please tell your friends, family members and Monte Carlo Fans about the auction if you think they want such a beautiful car…Don’t miss the opportunity to own this beautiful survivor car. Feel free to contact me for more details if you have questions. The car is located about 1 hour from Buffalo, 4 Hour Drive from Detroit. It is in located in Hamilton Ontario Canada (In between Toronto and Niagara Falls Ontario). Please only Bid if you have the funds and the desire to go through with the purchase of this vehicle.Additional photos can be viewed at this link: http://1drv.ms/1LEQ3C2I will gladly take any photos for serious buyers and answer all questions.I have the GM documents with build info. I do NOT have bill of sale. Terms of auction: $1000 Non- Refundable deposit is due with 24 hours of auction’s end (Paypal will be acceptable for this deposit payment only). Balance owing on the Car is to be paid in full within 3 weeks of the auction ending or sooner unless discussed otherwise between the buyer and seller. All arrangements are to be made to pick up the vehicle in person (preferred) or by using a shipping service in a timely manner after all payments have been finalized. Final Balance Payment to be paid in Cash in Person on Pickup or Via a Secured Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Draft etc. If a wire transfer is done and there are fees for service they are to be covered by the buyer if not paying in cash. I will not accept PAYPAL for the balance of the auctions sale price. Buyer to arrange all shipping and pre-pay all shipping costs which is 100% the buyers responsibility not the sellers. I will assist in getting the car loaded up if need be and prefer a door to door shipping service if you do not plan on picking it up yourself. Years back I did sell a couple of personal vehicles to the USA where the buyer would come in person with the cash and a trailer and tow it home. Ideally this would be the best situation and preferred by me but not a requirement for a successful transaction. The car was built in Arlington Texas and will have no problem going back to the USA. The car currently has a clean Ontario title in my name. There are No Liens on the car and it comes with all Ontario paper work to assist in exporting the car to the USA. The Car is licensed and road worthy within Ontario for local buyers. It will be sold as is if going out of Province/Country. If a serious buyer wants to look over the car in person it can be done by appointment only (US buyer feel free to come for a nice drive into Canada and have a look). I even have a short video of the tow truck pulling it out of its bat cave after 23 years of storage. I would gladly share the video to interested parties as well.

For sale is a 1970 Monte Carlo. What sets this Monte Carlo apart from a lot of the others out there is what gets this one down the road. The power plant is a rebuilt small block, 4 bolt main Chevy 350 engine, bored over to a 355 cu.in. with approx 300 HP. The motor has maybe 15,000 well maintained miles on it. It was built with a Competition cam, roller rockers, and an aluminum intake, as well as a 700 Holley carb. The engine runs great and sounds perfect. The transmission is a rebuilt 700R4 4-speed automatic that had a shift kit added during the rebuild, which was done at the same time as the engine rebuild. It shifts fast and hard, but allows this car to run down the highway comfortable at 70 miles per hour. The rear end is a 12 bolt Chevy with 3:73 gears. From the engine to the rear end, it is a very good overall combination to make this a fun, driveable car. The car gets down the road on a set of two year old 255-60-15 BF Goodrich TA radials with maybe 3000 miles on them. They are mounted on a mint condition set of 15" x 8" Classic Cragar SST rims. The chrome on these rims is perfect. The base/clear paint on the car is good, but at 13 years old, it is showing some signs of age. Road abrasion, stone chips, and a couple of small areas where the paint has been chipped away (but touched up) make this paint at a 7 out of 10. The color is a factory Chrysler Inferno Red, so easily matched if repaint is required. The interior is a black cloth that was redone 8 years ago. It is in great condition, but has some areas where the sun has caused some fading. Sound is provided by a basic AM/FM radio. This is an original Canadian car, coming from western Canada, where they do not use salt on the roads in the winter. It was brought to Ontario Canada 15 years ago, where it has never seen a winter, and only been caught in the rain twice. All original panels, floor boards, bumpers and trim help set this car off as everything is very straight. The odometer reads just over 31,000 miles but it is unknown if this has gone once over. There are a lot of bills to show the work that has been done to the car over the years. This is a nice, clean, fun Monte Carlo to drive. It's a great car for the local cruise nights, and car shows as well. I would classify it as a solid, driver type of car. It's not perfect, but shows very well wherever it goes. If you are looking for a solid, classic Monte Carlo, this one is well worth looking at. I am listing this car for a friend of mine. If you have any questions at all about the car, you can call the owner direct at 519-659-4401. His name is Stu. He can fill you in on all of the fine details of the car. He is more than willing to work with any potential buyer to drop off for shipping. If it makes sense, the car could easily be driven home. A down payment of 20% is required upon purchase, with balance of payment due within 7 days of the end of the auction. Any reasonable offers will be given consideration. Thanks for looking.

Up for sale is my 1984 Monte Carlo SS tribute car . I'm selling the car in As Is / Where is/Parts condition , it is 30 years old now and should qualify for classic insurance. It runs and drives , starts and stops It is located in the Hamilton area . You are welcome to come out for a look if you are local , if you are not local then I would suggest having a family member or friend look at the car in person PRIOR to bidding otherwise you are bidding sight unseen . If you are married then please get the wife's permission before bidding if required... I am NOT a licenced mechanic just a car enthusiast who likes to tinker... If you ask me a stupid question ? you will surely get a stupid answer...Bid accordingly The car was painted last year and looks pretty good for a novice painter ( I did it ) . I added some metal flake to the clear coat and it really sparkles in the light , it could use some wet sanding and polish to be really nice but i haven't found the time . I just installed the black graphics and stripes . It has Weld drag lites with almost new tires front and back 15x7 in the front and 15x8 in the rear . The interior of the car is fairly clean but could use some detailing I replaced the headliner last year as the original was sagging and also put in a more modern alpine CD player in it as there was no radio in the car when i bought it .The dash is cracked from the sun . The glass is all good , in it and it has working power windows . Under the hood it has a stock 305 small block V8 engine that runs excellent not sure if original please note exact mileage is unknown , it may have rolled over , This is a 1 owner car , I changed the spark plugs as well as the oil last week because they were due . I noticed that the passenger side valve cover is leaking a bit and should be addressed as it leaks down onto the manifold I also replaced most the exterior bulbs . I replaced the original rad with aluminum one last year because it was leaking.I also put in a new battery . The exhaust system is intact however the rear muffler is rotted and will need replacing . The brakes and lines as well as the rear frame rails were addressed by the previous owner and the car runs drives , starts and stops as it should . My future plans were to have my buddy throw a big block or a LS1 in it but he said that the car runs so well to just leave it be for now . Reason for sale is I bought a mercedes convertible as my new toy and won't have room in the garage for it this year . I just sold a car on here for my mother in law a couple weeks back and believe in full disclosure. I have a signed copy of the ownership as well as a signed sellers package from the previous owner ready to go.... My feedback is strong , I don't play games and have been honest about everything ,Only bid if you have the money , no zero feedback bidders PLEASE or I may cancel your bid if you don't contact me first .... I may also end the auction at any point if I get a strong bidder with high positive feedback . Again no reserve so bid early or you will be disappointed . I will try to upload more pictures as well as a video of the car running later this week . **AGAIN This vehicle is being sold AS-IS and is not represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.** LOCAL PICK UP PLEASE Mike
