All The emergency flashing lights sirens & computer equipment installed and some extra police wires were removed. Like most police packaged vehicles some standard options are removed or disabled and some are integrated into the police options for example the Horn, Headlights, Tail lights, Trunk Release, Rear Door windows and locks, Rear inside switch, Dome light removed. Most of the options are reconnected or re activated and is in working order as it should (unless otherwise listed in description) although the car shows some blemishes scratches and minor dings around the car and some scrapes on the lower part of the doors may not be visible in the picture’s and markings on the dash cover where the switches were installed inside the car. These are all only cosmetic and do not affect the real value of the car. It’s a good running car with a powerful engine and transmission. This one in particular is extremely nice, no dents, no rust, no accidents, no leaks, no rips in interior, no check engine or any dash lights, no issues! Has 4 new tires, new brakes and battery! I have driven it about 400 miles to get a feel for it. Everything works! 2 sets of keys! ice cold ac! Does not need anything!. A hard to find car in this condition. on a scale of 1-10 its a 9 in and out! Car is equipped with spotlight, strobes in mirrors and head lights/tail lights but dis-connected per florida law to sell vehicle. This Impala was formerly a police vehicle and was purchased for private use. It is in overall good shape with some minor scratches to the paint where police decals were removed and a few minor imperfections on the inside from where police equipment had been previously installed. Former police detective vehicle. I have all the original service records from the police department. I have upgraded to LED tail lights and Head lights with angel eyes halos. I have replaced muffler and exhaust pipe, brakes and rotors and tires,spark plugs and wires, and radiator and transmission solenoids and new transmission fluid. I havent had any problems with this car. I drives perfect and smooth. There are a few drips of oil under where i park it but it seems to be a very small drip. The interior is fairly clean no strange smells. there is a few holes in the back of the driver and passenger seats and side of door pillars where a prisoner cage was once insstalled for police use. There is an aftermarket center console that is plastic.(see pics). There is a scratch on dashboard near sterero where police radio equipment was placed(see Pics). I just purchased it from a small town here in Vermont who recently took it out of service and decommissioned it this week (took off the lights, siren and lettering) This car has only 96,400 actual miles and runs and drives great ! The service engine light is on ( I put a scanner on it and it isa o2 sensor) Does NOT effect the way it runs. There is NO rust on the body but there is a couple of dents on the roof where the lightbar used to be and some plugs where equipment was removed, This vehicle has the factory police package. This car has always had regular maintainance since new, The tires are all in good shape, brakes work great and it drives awesome. There is a rip in the driver seat which currently has duck tape on it and the interior could use a good cleaning. To sum it all up, This is a gr8 running and driving, low mileage ex-police car that you can get in and drive anywhere without a worry but it is used and sold AS-IS.
