'68 Chevy Impala Convertible. V-8, 305, 2 Barrel. 51,782 on the odometer. Body restored, newly painted original Butternut Yellow (10). Black interior/vinyl top (8-9). All bright chrome work replaced except bumpers. Bumpers excellent. I'm told engine/drive train original. Engine compartment excellent. New black carpet, floor pans/trunk pan excellent. Runs great. Really a beautiful "driver" and car show quality if you want to show it off at the local car shows as I have enjoyed doing. Can't drive it without someone giving a thumbs up, drawing compliments or wanting to see/talk/enjoy it. A real "makes everybody feel good" car. You'd be proud to drive it. This is a 1959 Impala convertible that was wrecked in 1967-68 and left in a pasture. Cows would would lay next to the car on the passenger side and push dirt up against it and caused the passenger quarter and door to rust heavily as seen in the pics. The rear passenger side of the frame is also rusted pretty good. this was an early production car one of the first 2000 made with the rare color of Cameo Coral with grey interior. Other options would be the Mae West bumper, power steering and power bakes. What is in the pictures is what you get. The cowl tag is off the car as not to be stolen while in storage the Vin tag is still on the car unmolested. I do not have a title, I had to make a selection to list the car on ebay and picked flood, water damage, it will be sold with a notarized bill of sale. This car is a great car. It has been sitting it my garage for about 7 years. I go out and start and drive it around the neighborhood every month or so. It hasn't gone more than 1000 miles in the last 8 years.The odometer doesn't work.Only about 9500 of this model of car were made.

For sale is a 1965 Chevy Impala convertible. This vehicle is in great condition. It is almost in show condition and ready to be a trophy winner. I built this car to win car shows but also to be an everyday driver. I wanted to enjoy driving the vehicle not hauling it. I first started off with the front end parts, shocks, springs, brake lines, brakes, caliper and rotors. Next was the rear end, transmission and engine. I had a professional engine builder start off with a Chevy four hundred small block and build it into a four hundred and six Chevy motor with 425hp. This motor has less than 1000 miles on it. It runs awesome and lots of power. No leaks, noises or smoking. Motor runs smooth and idles fine with no over heating or cutting off. I spent many hours finding the chrome parts for motor or having them re-chromed, most are new parts. Next I had a reputable paint shop put a fresh paint job on her this summer. All new metal, quarters, fenders, trunk lid and trunk area was replaced, There is very little to no bondo on this vehicle. I then ordered some interior pieces. All the interior is there besides the front seats, they are out of a late 60's Chevy Camaro. Many more items were added or replaced too many to name. All the chrome is in excellent shape or has been dripped in chrome. Call or text me for more info or interested. I have a shipper on standby if buyer needs it shipped. The car has a 327 V8 Engine with 300 Horsepower and a 2 speed Power Glide transmission. The motor was professionally rebuilt by local machine shop and has 8,140 miles on it after the rebuild. The convertible top is power and has hard rear glass and stores nicely in the storage location. Interior has been redone to match original specifications. It has the originall AM radio and power steering. It has Eagle Alloy wheels and new tires. Vehicle is Car Show ready and meticulously maintained.
