New stock turbo install 500 miles ago, by a licensed shop, new wheels and Kelly Charger tires, new drilled and slotted rotors and brake pads, new KYB shocks and struts, new Eibach lowering springs, new polyurethane front end bushings and alignment, new electric fan, new water pump and timing gears (2000 miles ago), new smoked headlights, new LED taillights, Husky floor liners front and back, New paint on the front facia, sides and rear bumper-all emblems blacked out and all other lights smoked for a dark look. ( all work by Ussery Body shop here in KCKS) 20% window tint, Kicker amp and 12" subs in the back, Car is overall an 8.5 out of 10. Super nice , no dents or scratches, just detailed. I'm selling because we have 3 cars and 2 drivers. I'd like to keep my daily driver in the garage during Winter.Issues to share 1. The right rear wheel has a bit of curb rash. 2. Every once in a while, maybe 3-4 months, the "Service Tire Monitor" warning comes up on the DIC. It goes away after restart. 3. Tires are at about 33-50%. 4. One of the holes for the front plate was not cleanly drilledI've always liked the HHR and thought Chevy did a real nice job making the SS look like a custom retro. You really get the best of both worlds with the SS. When taking it easy, the I4 engine is good on gas. When you spin up the turbo, the car has some impressive acceleration. It's a smaller car than most think, but with 3 seat belts in the back and a spacious rear truck area, this has been the perfect weekend fun car for my family. For you safety guys/gals out there, the 2008 HHR scored the top rating in the IIHS frontal offset test.As of posting, there are only 7 HHR SS for sale within 100 miles, and all of them have a lot more miles. Also, I rarely see other Sunburst Orange II Metallic SS on the road. They're usually black, red, or silver. These are currently selling for more than KBB book value so I included a list of going prices for similar HHR SS. See comparison. It has been a superb vehicle from the very beginning. It was my wife's personal car, she bought it when commuting to several different cities every week for work so it has had all highway miles.I have personally maintained this car. It has always had Mobile one oil and filters. Iridium plugs. Brand new Ceramic brakes on the front.Goodyear tires with decent tread left.All repair work beyond routine maintenance has been performed by a GM certified Master Mechanic.The car has Power windows, locks, and sunroof.Keyless entry.5 speed manual transmission. 2.0 liter Turbocharged engine puts out 260 horsepower. Traction control and ABS withLaunch mode and Competitive.Factory cd player with aux input jack XM ready. Four new JBL door speakers last year. OnstarThis car has 194,000 miles but you would never know it.Runs and drives like a new car.
