For sale is one 1962 Corvette 327/340 hp 4 speed manual transmission. Fawn beige with fawn interior and white top. This car has received 2 NCRS Duntov awards, 1 NCRS National Top Flight award, 2 Regional NCRS Top Flight awards, and one Performance Verification Award. Only 978 Corvettes have ever received the Duntov Mark of Excellence Award. This car did it twice! All awards were in the early to late 1990's. With all these awards, you know this is a correct numbers matching car. The numbers on the engine are F0319RE, 210889, 3795397, and the cast date is 3-16-2. The car starts, runs, and drives great. The body on the car is excellent with uniform gaps between all the body panels. The doors fit flush to the body. All bonding strips are in place. According to the second owner who received the NCRS awards, this car has the original paint and the 78,000 miles are correct and original. The paint has touch ups and minor cracks. The top has a small tear and some fraying. Everything works except for the radio. It has new tires, brakes, and rebuilt carburetor.
