1973 Corvette with 78k. original miles I am the 5th owner since new and have owned this Corvette for 7 years.The car was repainted approx. 9 years ago. Paint is in very presentable condition with only a couple of minor blemishes.Original paint color was code 947 Elkhart green. The saddle interior and carpet has been completely redone, looks great.Stock radio works.Original factory side glass. This is a unmolested original non-hit numbers matching car. The only non stock items are the newer chambered exhaust and a Holley carb.The original Q-Jet carb will be included in the sale.Factory options include CLC 350ci./ 190hp. , M40 Turbo 400 Auto Trans., N40 Power Steering, J50 Power Brakes, U69 AM/FM radio, and A85 Shoulder Harnesses. New trim rings and center caps.Urethane front bumper has also been replaced with an original GM one. Engine compartment and undercarriage are also is in very nice condition.Frame and birdcage have absolutely no rust issues. Mechanically a very solid performer. Tight front end with no wonder at all. Suspension is also very solid. Handles very nicely, a great driver.All gauges work, with the exception of the clock. Tachometer quit working about a year or so ago.Car is a head turner and is a great cruise night cruiser.These 1973 Corvettes will always be among the collectable cars because of the one year only chrome rear bumpers, and urethane front bumper. The 1973 is also an anniversary year. Update: Noticed a leaf spring and links issue and also a crack in rear differential cover, so replaced with new parts from Volunteer vette. Replaced 9- leaf leaf spring, leaf spring links, differential cover, all associated hardware, and of course gear lube with GM anti-slip. additive. See last picture of work performed.
