Here is a nice clean 1979 Corvette with the very desirable L82 V-8 with 225hp and 4-speed manuel transmission. This is the one you want! It looks to be all original and runs great. The exterior looks very nice with a deep shine, it's not a show paint job but it does look nice. The aluminum factory wheels are in great shape and the tires are near new Goodyer Eagle Gt II tires. The dual exhaust is brand new and gives a nice rumble. The t-tops are in good shape as well. The interior too is in nice shape, not restored but still it looks very nice. The leather seats are nice and soft and the whole interior is in nice shape with no missing plastic pieces. A couple gauges don't work and I charged the air conditioning and it is nice and cold but I don't know for how long, may last a few weeks or it may last for years. What a pleasure to drive! The powerful L-82 V-8 runs great and starts right up everytime. The 4-speed shifts nice and smooth and the clutch feels great. It has a nice tight feel to it and is really fun to drive, you could buy this car and drive it right away without having to put money into it. The L-82 with 4-speed is the one to buy and this car will only go up in value. Call me to go over details before you bid to be sure this it the one for you! And it's always been a Florida car meaning no exposure to the snow and salt up north! It comes equipped with the LT1 350 V-8 engine, automatic transmission, removable plexiglass roof panel, light tan leather interior, dual power seats, power windows, power locks and mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, cold air, aftermarket CD stereo and 17" alloy wheels!  A very fast and fun car to drive with the powerful LT1 running strong and smooth, the suspension is tight and the handling feels like a Corvette is supposed to! All of what you would expect with such low miles! The interior is fresh, clean and comfortable with very little wear at all, the air is cold and the CD stereo sounds great! Not even smoked in! Well, being a true Florida car, it has had the exposure to a lot of sunshine and the paint finish shows it. The clear coat has started to crystalize on the top surfaces and formed that hazy/scratchy look. The color is still nice and actually, when I applied a dark colored wax (black or dark green), it hid a lot of that and improved the look greatly!! But if you want it perfect, it will need repainting. I could have thrown a cheap paint job on it for the sake of selling, but have decided to price it accordingly and let the buyer decide what to do. You could go with a cheap paint job or step up to something better. With these low miles and excellent mechanics/interior, it's worth the effort.  It does have that nice and tight feel of quality and with just 41,250 miles, you can look forward to a lot more life out of this one. It works pretty good! Some of the typical various touched up chips, blems, etc.             17" alloy wheels that may be an upgrade? The rear wheels/tires are wider than the fronts and according to the specs on the door sticker, all the tires would normally be the same size. Does look great on the car, especially from the rear view! Rears are 315/35/ZR17's and the fronts are 275/40/ZR17's. The tires are near the end of their life and should be replaced soon. Though there is some tread remaining, they are getting dry.                                 Still reflects the clouds in the sky!                             Interior                    LOW Miles!          As nice and clean as you could find with very little wear and not smoked in! The air is cold, all the power goodies are working and the aftermarket CD stereo system sounds great! Of course, all vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied unless there is any remaining factory warranty. Cars are mechanical things and mechanical things can stop working! Especially electrical components. Like a light bulb, they can work perfectly, than all of a sudden, not! I am not responsible for check engine, service or other indicator lights or what ever else may stop working after you purchase. I have made all my history statements based on information readily available to me and cannot warrant or guarantee the information or statements as such. Also, there may or may not be extra keys, manuals, remote fobs or other accessories. If not pictured, it's probably not there. I ask that all successful bidders please contact me within 24 hours of auction end to begin process of completing the sale. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered. According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will. Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer.  A $500.00  non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with! Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, so I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued. All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible. Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. By the bidding and/or purchase of this vehicle, buyer obligates him or her self to agree with all guidelines and statements made on this auction page by the seller including "as-is" no warranty statements, sales tax regulations, and insurance requirements.         My promise to you is to be as fair, honest and helpful as possible. I have been in the car business for a long time and have enjoyed much success here locally and selling on E-Bay. That did not come about by mistreating my customers or underhanded dealings.
