You are bidding on a 1970 Chevelle SS. Car now has a 489 stroker,built th400, and built 12 bolt. Drivetrain is fresh in car with less 1000 miles. 489 stroker (runs on pump gas) eagle cast crank, eagle rods and forged Pistons. World products cast 345 heads, full 3in exhaust, comp cams full roller 617 lift cam shaft, rebuilt 12 bolt new posi,new 373 gears, th400 also gone thru. There is over 15k in drivetrain alone. The body on the car has had floor pan,trunk pan and lower quarter work(all done before I got car) there is NO rust under vinyl top. The car has a small spot of rust on cowl by cowl tag. The car is nice and straight and runs and drives great. I bought car to do Ls swap and have decided to leave this one alone(runs to good to pull apart) all in all its a cheap car. You are basically buying drivetrain and getting a free 1970 Chevelle SS. You are bidding on a 64 Chevelle SS convertible 283 4 speed car. The at has been off road since 80's. It's shows signs of past body work and paint. I see small patches used in trunk area and floor pans. The quarters have also been reworked in the past. The car is complete and a true SS convertible. Car is currently not running.
