PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come look at it all you want to. Your expectations may not align with the way I see the car as a seller. "I advise you to look at all on line cars this way!HOW IS THE PAINT? To me its very nice, its a medium blue with lots of metallic. The shine is good, I see no rust bubbles, dents or dings, the body looks straight to me as I look down the sides. Under a critical eye inspection you find some specs and a tiny flaw, but I consider it nice paint. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? New seat covers, new headliner, new carpet, front door panels are new, dash pad nice. Shifter bezel has some pitting on the consol. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its starts and runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. Past owner said it was a 396, but when I checked the codes it was a 454. It has a nice looping cam, when engine have a bigger cam it takes longer to warm up and they surge a little at low RPMs. The carburetor is a new Holley with a electric choke. Exhaust system looks good and has the Muscle Car sound. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 350, it does shift more firm than stock, because a shift kit has been added in my opinion. WHAT IS THE REAR-END? Its a tuff 12 bolt with positive traction and a 3:73 gearing. IS THIS A REAL SUPER SPORT? No, but its a good replica. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORKS! WIPERS WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS, but is fast because of the lower gearing. HORN NOT WORKING! GAS GAUGE WORKS! OIL GAUGE WORKS! HEATER BLOWER works, but the control cables on the heater box need replaced! HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers look like new, door handles look like new, vent window chrome has a few pits. WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303. I have garage at my home, I do have dealer license, but no retail lot or show room.HOWE DOES THE CAR DRIVE? To me it drives good, it is not power steering.HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? It has drums on all 4 wheels and it has a power booster. Improvements could be made on the brakes. A disc kit on front would help and a vacuum tank or pump for the booster would help. The engine has a big cam, that means less vacuum, the booster works on vacuum, so less vacuum means more foot force. They are fine for me, I am accustom to old cars with old technology brakes. Ok guys and gals, this is a 1966 numbers matching Chevelle. The car has factory air, and factory power steering. I have owned this car first approximately 9 years ago, when it was purchase and completely redone. The original color is lemonwood with black interior. At that time I pulled the power glide and changed it over to the Muncie 4 speed. When that was done the motor was totally rebuilt. I changes the dash cluster to a manual shift cluster to eliminate the park drive indicator. The gut I sold it to rarely drove the car as he had several, and about 10 months ago or so I bought it back. Everything works on the car with the exception of the clock. I changed the radio out this time to a classic auto sound unit with hookups for Satellite Radio. The radio units itself that is shown is not included as it is a life time radio that I move from car to car, but all wiring to the radio and the docking station will remain with the car. The car sits on 17" X 8" Coys / C-55 / which are rare now as they are no longer produced. Body and interior are in good condition as is the drivetrain. I just returned from Cruzin The Coast a few weeks ago with no issues. I drive this car several time a week at home, splitting duties with a 65 Nova just completed. Some times they don't all show on smart phones. IS THIS A REAL HEAVY CHEVY? Past owner thought it was, but I don't think so. I put a picture of the cowl data plate if you want to do some reserch. It does look great with the Heavy Chevy stripes and logos. MILES: 3970 reading today and I'm sure you can add another 100,000. TITLE: Clear title in hand. HISTORY: My car restoring friend found the car for me near Columbus, Ohio. Past owner was old and just didn't want the car any more. He found a good body and did the restoration. HOW IS THE ENGINE? It is a good running V8, past owner said it was a 350. He said it has been rebuilt with very few miles, but I have no documentation. It does run good, it has a Edelbrock intake, 4 barrell carburater, header and sounds like a mild cam to me. I here no rattles or knocks. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? It a Turbo 350 that shifts good, past owner said it was rebuilt recently. HOW IS THE PAINT? The red paint look good, I see no dent or dings and it has a real good shine. The body is straight when I look down the sides. If you look with a critical eye you will see a few touched up chips and a few specs. I would consider the paint a upper end driver quality. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? The black interior looks good, the dash pad has no cracks, the headliner is new, the carpet new, door panels fine, the seat covers look OK, but have 2 or 3 little defects. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? I consider think good, they are power with disc in front and drums in the rear. HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? It drives good to me, it is power steering. HOW ARE THE TIRES? The BF Goodrich tires have penty of wear left on them. They are 235/60/15. WHAT ARE THE WHEELS? GM Rally wheels in good condition, the worst thing I see is a scuff on a beauty ring, its the one I took a picture of. HOW IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM? Its in good used condition with full tube headers. LIGHTS: The headlings work, tail lights work, turn signals work, brake lights work, dome light works. WIPERS WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS, ITS AFTER MARKET! FLOORS LOOK ORIGINAL TO ME, the frame looks solid to me. The bright red paint shines like a new penny, the black interior is the only color for a Muscle Car, the car drives good with power steering, the car stops good with power brakes disc in front, the rebuilt engine runs sweet, the Turbo 350 transmission shifts good. 75 PICTURES BELOW, just scroll down to see them all. Some times they don't all show on smart phones. IS THIS A REAL HEAVY CHEVY? Past owner thought it was, but I don't think so. I put a picture of the cowl data plate if you want to do some reserch. It does look great with the Heavy Chevy stripes and logos. MILES: 3970 reading today and I'm sure you can add another 100,000. TITLE: Clear title in hand. HISTORY: My car restoring friend found the car for me near Columbus, Ohio. Past owner was old and just didn't want the car any more. He found a good body and did the restoration. HOW IS THE ENGINE? It is a good running V8, past owner said it was a 350. He said it has been rebuilt with very few miles, but I have no documentation. It does run good, it has a Edelbrock intake, 4 barrell carburater, header and sounds like a mild cam to me. I here no rattles or knocks. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? It a Turbo 350 that shifts good, past owner said it was rebuilt recently. HOW IS THE PAINT? The red paint look good, I see no dent or dings and it has a real good shine. The body is straight when I look down the sides. If you look with a critical eye you will see a few touched up chips and a few specs. I would consider the paint a upper end driver quality. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? The black interior looks good, the dash pad has no cracks, the headliner is new, the carpet new, door panels fine, the seat covers look OK, but have 2 or 3 little defects. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? I consider think good, they are power with disc in front and drums in the rear. HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? It drives good to me, it is power steering. HOW ARE THE TIRES? The BF Goodrich tires have penty of wear left on them. They are 235/60/15. WHAT ARE THE WHEELS? GM Rally wheels in good condition, the worst thing I see is a scuff on a beauty ring, its the one I took a picture of. HOW IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM? Its in good used condition with full tube headers. LIGHTS: The headlings work, tail lights work, turn signals work, brake lights work, dome light works. WIPERS WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS, ITS AFTER MARKET! FLOORS LOOK ORIGINAL TO ME, the frame looks solid to me. POWER TRAIN: The engine is a 454 cubic inch that runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. It has a Holley carburetor and dressed out decent. The transmission is a Turbo 400, its a 3 speed automatic. The rear end a 10 bolt, I hear no whines or growls. PAINT: Decent bright red paint on what I consider a straight body. I see no dents or dings, I see some tiny defect, but it shines good and looks good. Door jambs are ugly in a couple of places. BODY: The frame looks good to me, the floor pans look original ans solid, the trunk pan has a couple of metal patches. INTERIOR: The black interior is nice, the headliner great, dash pad has no cracks, seat covers no wear, carpet good, dirvers door panel is wavy on bottom. CHROME: The front bumper looks good with some tiny pits, I have a new back bumper to put on Monday, door handles new, emblems good, a little ding in the guttor molding, window stainless looks good to me. STEERING: To me the car drives good, it is power steering. BRAKES: 4 wheel drums, that stop like drums did in the day. GLASS: Clear windshield, side window roll up and down good. WHEELS: Rally wheels that are 15 inch with good tires. EXHAUST: Dual glass pacs with turn downs, used condition that is fine. I consider it a upper end driver quality, it looks good and drives good. It looks plenty good to enter you local car show for fun. You want wind 1st of show, but you have a good time and not have the cost of a small house invested in your toy. 66 PICTURES BELOW: just scroll down to see them all! POWER TRAIN: The engine is a 454 cubic inch that runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. It has a Holley carburetor and dressed out decent. The transmission is a Turbo 400, its a 3 speed automatic. The rear end a 10 bolt, I hear no whines or growls. PAINT: Decent bright red paint on what I consider a straight body. I see no dents or dings, I see some tiny defect, but it shines good and looks good. Door jambs are ugly in a couple of places. BODY: The frame looks good to me, the floor pans look original ans solid, the trunk pan has a couple of metal patches. INTERIOR: The black interior is nice, the headliner great, dash pad has no cracks, seat covers no wear, carpet good, dirvers door panel is wavy on bottom. CHROME: The front bumper looks good with some tiny pits, I have a new back bumper to put on Monday, door handles new, emblems good, a little ding in the guttor molding, window stainless looks good to me. STEERING: To me the car drives good, it is power steering. BRAKES: 4 wheel drums, that stop like drums did in the day. GLASS: Clear windshield, side window roll up and down good. WHEELS: Rally wheels that are 15 inch with good tires. EXHAUST: Dual glass pacs with turn downs, used condition that is fine. HEADLIGHTS WORK, TAIL LIGHTS WORK, BRAKE LIGHTS WORK, TURN SIGNALS WORK, DOME LIGHT WORKS. GAS GAUGE WORKS, SPEEDOMETER WORKS! The radio is a cheap one that is not working.
