This vehicle was my Grand Mothers car, I purchased it from her in the mid 70's. 3 years ago I decided to restore it. I will try to list everything I did to it.The speedometer reads 96000 miles. There is 1500 on restoration. chassis:Bushings, ball joints, springs, fuel lines, strip,prime and chassis paint. Trunk pan had small rust holes in it so I replaced it. The floor pans are solid as a rock! Drive train:1965, 327 Cubic Inch Displacement, machined .030 over, crank shaft is .010 over. Cam shaft is the 30-30 solid lifter used in the 327/375hp 1965 Corvette engine. accel throttle body fuel injection.Edelbrock Torker II, open plenum manifold.Heads are Camel-Hump 194 with 62cc combustion chamber. Radiator is a 3 core aluminum. Transmission is a rebuilt 350 turbo hydromatic with a upgraded shift kit and tourqe converter. Body:Striped to bare metal, body and paint done by local restoration shop. New weather strip kit. New front and rear bumpers. Interior:Head liner, windshield, dash pad, upholstery, carpet. Things I did not do: upgrade to disc brakes.upgrade to posi traction differential.upgrade to a tighter ratio steering box.
