we have owned this Cavalier for 4 years and it has been a reliable car for 2 teen drivers the kids both have newer cars, so this is a surplus vehicle for us in 2014-2015, it was used reliably by a college student in the harsh Minnesota winter in 2015, it was used in the Chicago suburbs by a teen getting back and forth to work during the 4 years we have owned it, it has had regular oil changes and general maintenance it is currently set for an oil change and will need new tires in the near future there is some rust on the quarter panel in front of the rear tires on both sides; some rust by the gas filler door otherwise the body is in very nice condition I am not exactly sure which engine type (cc size); the 3 choices given in the drop down menu were very close to the same ask questions before bidding

Here is a 2003 Chevy Cavalier that runs and rides great. The car has power everything and new tires/wheels, wheel bearings, ball joints, brakes and exhaust. The car does have some clear coat peeling all over the hood and other spots, crack in front bumper, sometimes the brake light comes on, due to a wheel sensor that broke when replacing the wheel bearings, I have new ones that I will throw on this week. This has been a great car, drive it anywhere! I will add more pics tomorrow.

The only draw back from the car being driven so little, is that it has rust on the undercarrage. after buying the car i spent $400 on brake work(the mechanic said that after spraying screws with WD40 everything unscrewed and nothing had to be cut off). After doing that, the car is driving like a CHAMP. I have driven it on the express way, up to 65-70 mph, and it also brakes great.

I am the original owner of this 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier. It has been carefully cared for over the years. The vehicle was purchased from a Chevrolet dealer in mid-state Illinois. From the pictures you can see the condition of the vehicle. There is a rust spot below the gas tank door as well as some small spots on the hood. The clear coat is coming off in a few places on the hood as well as the trunk access. We are non-smokers and have worked to keep this vehicle in as good running shape as we possibly could. Rear window tinting was added to the vehicle in 2008 and was professionally installed. We keep the paperwork for the installation with the vehicle in the glove box. The car has been in no accidents to date and runs in perfect condition. There are no signs that there would be any mechanical failures from this vehicle. Payment will need to be made via PayPal or in cash. Checks not accepted. Purchaser will need to come to pick up the vehicle, we will not deliver.
