Let's start by saying I won't respond to comments about price. Without trying to sound arrogant, I have it, I know what I can get, and if it doesn't sell it will only get more valuable. I am open to serious offers. Up for sale is my '37 Chevy Master Sedan. I'm hoping to sell it as a complete unit, but will consider offers for any part that I have. However, I won't piece it out for some time, and I won't unless I can find a home for at least 75-80% of the parts. I have owned it for 20 years and it's either been inside or covered all that time. And as far as I know it was stored inside for at least 10 years before that. I have over 100 pictures of the various parts of the car to verify any concerns. More pictures on CL. Also pictures of all parts. Just ask if you want a certain part/area picture. It's the GB series and I have a clear off-road title. The car is in good condition for its age. The body parts are all good except the fenders. They are repairable, but would take some work. The running boards are basically trashed with rust. As far as rust, there is surface rust obviously, but the only place rusted through is the left rear corner of the body, and two areas of the floor, one by the drivers feet and the other on the passenger side front where the body mount is. The rest of the floor is solid. The doors, A pillar bottoms, and B pillar bottoms behind the doors are not rusted through. Again, I have pictures of all areas. You can see it is a mostly straight car. I bought the car as it sits, but I have cleaned it up. The previous owner was starting the street rod process and completely dismantled the car. I put all the major parts back on, but only enough to move it around, thus the wires holding parts of it on. So I have all the important pieces, but am missing a lot of original hardware etc. The frame, brakes, front and rear axle are all done. May not be what you want, but it's done. Power front discs, GM rear axle, polished ladder bars on rear suspension. Motor mounts installed for a small block GM, x-member for a Turbo 350/400, along with a new drive shaft. I'm not sure which trans it's set up for, but the x-member is movable. The drive shaft is obviously for one or the other. I'm sure the right person would know by measurements which it is set up for. Here's a list of original and reproduction parts that I have. Original: All body parts, bumpers, ash tray, radio cover, wiper parts, glove box door and hinges, instrument cluster, door/window cranks, starter, dome lamp/w mount, tail lights, headlights, steering shaft & gearbox, knee shocks(I think), front drums, headliner bows, all original seats front and rear, and lots of misc bolts etc. Reproduction: grille insert(chromed steel) with emblem, wiring harness(complete? Not sure have pics), hood ornament, windshield gasket, and of course the front power disc setup with booster, rear axle with polished ladder and sway bars, motor mounts cross member and drive shaft. I will be updating this text whenever I need to add something so keep checking back. Any and all questions are welcome. I have a 40+ year background with body/mechanical work, so I can answer or find answers to most any question.
