Owned since 1 year old by my father who ran a garage. Always maintained and kept in dry carport. Replaced engine and transmission many years ago. Now has 305 and 700R4 overdrive transmission from a later year model. I installed a new 140 mph speedometer and new tachometer with new circuit panel and LED lamps. dash lights not working. Traced to a faulty ground connection. Need to fix ground and hook up tach wire. I drove it about 50 miles last year to have it inspected. A/C compressor made noise so I replaced it. Dad is gone now and I have been holding onto his prize for two years. I am ready to let it go now. Needs nothing that I know of. Runs and drives very well. Tires are very good. I had new suspension parts installed up front and replaced air lines on rear shocks. Has sprayed-on bedliner covered with a thick piece of rubber. Drive it home. Never been in trouble and never any rust. Bucket seats are actually from a Chevelle. Left seat was recovered. New headliner put in a few years back. Carpet showing wear and some cracks in padded dash pad. Engine has around sixty thousand well-maintained miles. Car has around 100 thousand miles, but not damaged or worn out. Never smoked in since new. Good investment as these El Caminos are going up all the time. Ask questions...

Turbo 400 andcrossmember Headers Nice frame. rust free doors have gm fenders needing patch on bottom of each fender.. nothing horrible cowl area is really solid no rust rockers and jambs are rust free needs a trunk pan has rust on each side where it welds to inner wheel house... inner wheel houses are good ! floors are solid under pedal needs attention as well as passenger side maybe 7 hours total. Car was a vinyl top car... the corner of back glass on each side needs some work or a full quarter? 30 years doing auto restoration I will tell you like it is. I have a nice hood rust free as well as deck lid 2 really nice bumpers bucket seats that need covering back seating as well complete wiring for car good shape glass except front shield Car is forsale locally for 7500.00 any questions please write Thank you.
