The truck needs the motor rebuilt, or a new motor. A rod bearing slipped and cracked. It does run, but if you start it the rod could blow through the block and cause more damage. Transmission has new seals and filter. It has a GM 6 lug rear. Various other new parts. All receipts for new parts were kept, and are in the truck. It is a great daily driver. Air conditioner needs to be recharged. Other then that the truck is in good condition. I would love to keep it, but I do not have the time to install a new motor, rebuild the motor thats in it, and don't have the money to pay someone else to do it.

1964 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible For sale is a updated 1964 Corvette Convertible. This Corvette was purchase 6 years ago from a local auction. The car had been sitting since 2005 and required some attention. Starting with the drive-train - We quickly realized that the original motor had been replaced with a ZZ4 355HP 405 ft/lbs torque 350 crate engine (see information below). We do not know exactly when the motor was installed but after removing the valve covers it's easy to see that there are barely any miles on this motor. We do not have the original motor. The car also is equipped with the original Muncie 4 speed transmission. The transmission shifts perfectly. The clutch feels good with no slipping and it grabs strong. The corvette also has its original chambered exhaust. The original drum brakes were upgraded to 4 wheel disc. The calipers and pads are new 2010 (150 miles). The 16" GM rally wheels and tires were installed new in 2010 included are the original hubcaps. The body - After purchasing the car we decided that the paint was in poor condition and that needed to be fixed. In 2010 we had the whole car repainted it's original color. We also noticed that a couple of the frame mounts were a little rusty so we had them professionally repaired and replaced by Mike's hot rod garage in Hatboro PA. While doing the work Mike noted that the car has all of the original body panels and appears to have never been in any accidents. Overall the body was in great shape with only one issue being where the hood support is mounted to the inner fender, it has started to develop a crack that from what I hear is pretty common. Over the years a few blemishes in the paint have also appeared as seen in pictures on Photobucket. The convertible top was professionally installed in Oct. of 2014. The interior - The carpet was replaced in Oct. 2014. Some of the interior panels were cleaned up and painted the original blue at the same time. The seats, dash, door panels, and much of the chrome was left in it's original condition. All of the electronics in the car are working properly. clock, radio, interior lights, gauges, headlights, indicator lights are all working properly. Overall I would say that this is a terrific "driver" The car is in overall good condition with appropriate upgrades for reliability with room for some improvement. Much of the expensive and hard work has been completed, leaving just some finishing touches. I recently took the car out for several hours this past weekend and the car performed perfectly. It is a little finicky while the choke is on, but once its warmed up, it idles and drives very well. I have uploaded over 125 pictures to my photobucket account. Do not hesitate to ask for the link. Joe GM ZZ4 Chevrolet Performance developed these ZZ4 crate engines, which are evolved from the popular ZZ series of small blocks that power thousands of street rods, hot streetcars, circle track racers and drag racers. These ZZ4 350 c.i.d., 4-bolt main, 1-piece rear main seal crate engines have approximately 10.0:1 compression, 355 hp at 5,250 rpm and 405 ft./lbs. of torque at 3,500 rpm. To make this package work Chevrolet Performance has installed forged 1053 steel internally balanced crankshafts, 5.7 in. powdered metal connecting rods with hypereutectic flat top pistons with offset pins. Hydraulic billet steel roller camshafts are installed with .474 in. intake lift, .510 in. exhaust lift and duration at .050 in. for intake is 208, and exhaust is 221 and a lobe centerline of 112 degrees. Stamped steel self-aligning rocker arms with a 1.5:1 ratio are used on cast aluminum 1987-91 Corvette L98 cylinder heads. Which have 58cc combustion chambers, 163cc intake runner volume. They have a 1955-86 bolt pattern with "D" shaped exhaust ports and center bolt valve cover patter layouts, no exhaust heat crossover passages and the ends of the heads are drilled for standard accessory bolt patterns including angle plug configurations. Aluminum dual plane intake manifolds with dual flange set up. Cast iron Long style water pumps are used with standard "V" belt rotation and 1979-86 power steering pump bosses. GM HEI large cap with internal coils are installed to deliver the spark. With a long history of successes in circle track and drag racing as well as street rods and other performance applications the ZZ4 may just be the bullet for your next project. These ZZ4s are not intended for marine use and should only be used in 1973 and earlier pre-emissions street vehicles or any rear off road vehicles.

1972 Chevrolet Chevelle PRO STREET Pat Musi 555 Professionally Built This amazing hot rod is top notch no money spared street driven big tire car that would cost over 100k to have built. Started life as a Heavy Chevy and has been professionally built top to bottom. The paint is top notch and the underside of this car is better than the top of most show cars. The color is a metallic red/maroon that is best seen in the pictures of the underside. The frame, trans, motor, carb, and other pieces are painted same as exterior. All engine compartment sheet metal is powder coated black. Every single part (bumper to bumper) on this car was new when constructed and there is nothing that is dull or old anywhere to be found. There are “foiled” ghost SS stripes that are as smooth as glass on the hood and deck lid. I cannot get a good pic that shows them but they are there. S&W back halved with coil overs and a Ford 9 inch with strange axles and center section. 32 x 17.5 Tires that fit perfect on polished Centerlines. Wilwood discs at all four corners with braided lines throughout. Digital 6 plus MSD ignition. Flaming river steering box with tubular control arms. Trans brake in the Turbo 400. Completely coated custom jet hot coated 3” BORLA exhaust. Barry grant fuel system. The car has a nitrous system that I have never used. Way more and too much to list here. Runs on race gas but is driven on the street with ease and I have never fouled plugs once or have ever had a problem starting. This missile drives smooth and straight. Never runs hot and is very controllable until you mash the pedal. The engine was built by Pat Musi and was freshened up by Mr. Musi before I bought this car 3 years ago and has not been sprayed once. There is less than 200 miles on the freshened motor. The 555 makes 850 hp without nitrous and this car will run 9.50s at the track. The cage is an 8.50 cert. The block and heads are Dart and there is no expense spared inside. This motor cost 25K to build. Jesel drive train and a Jesel belt drive are present with a vacuum pump to ensure not a single leak anywhere.
