CONTACT PHONE NUMBER:909-510-1167 THE TRUCK:Heavy Duty trail & mud truck and trailer hauler. Seriously... It is built right and does not break parts. I drove it here from California and pulled a loaded 30 foot trailer behind it with no problem 2300 miles. Plus it drives straight and smooth on the street with cold air and nice stereo.Every body gives you a thumbs ups and a smile everywhere you go! PRICE:for sale $23,000 or trade for stock crew cab 4x4 MONEY SPENT:I have spent over $30,000 on parts and supplies for this build, That is separate from the cost of the complete rust free truck I started with. And I have countless hours fabricating the truck for 2 years on jack stands. LIFT:About 17 inch liftTires are 39.5 tall. CONDITION:New everything - completely rebuilt. PAINT:New PPG paint with new front grill, lights, bumper mirrors, holes filled, drip rails removed and so much more. The front end comes from a 1986. MILES:Has about 18,000 miles on the entire build: new crate motor, custom built trans, rebuilt transfer case, new custom drive-shafts, custom cross over steering set up and complete axle builds and brakes. The paint was just applied this month with all new glass, rubber seals, window motors etc..Means Nothing: The cab odometer says 64,000 and I assume that it is 164,000, only rolled over ounce. This truck was sitting for many many years. Mostly sits now too, I have had it for 10 years. PARTS LIST AND DETAILED DESCRIPTION: ENGINE:Has a NEW crate engine DIRECTLY from GM Performance Parts Catalog: HO 350, $3900 alone.off road truck avenger carb by Holley $500Phenolic spacer and long studs $50Holley High Volume fuel pump and fuel lines, large filter with AN fittings $250MSD ignition Cap and Coil and rotor with 6al box and MSD wires and looms $400Accel distributor $150K&N 6 inch tall air filter and oil breathers $150Crane Vortec 1.6 roller rockers $250Edelbrock Vortec Rerformer RPM aluminum intake with GM vortec gaskets $350ALL NEW air conditioning, compressor, condenser, o rings, Freon etc. $700New AC Delco Heavy Duty fan clutch $140NEW Full Size radiator $120new 200 amp alternator $250Doug Thorley Tri Y headers Ceramic Coated and Magnaflow mufflers $600Carb jetting, and distributor curving, full tune at performance shop $350410 RELIABLE, NEW Horse Power from GM, not some machine shop! TRANSMISSION:Custom Built, high performance, Turbo 400 trans by The Toy Shop Transmission in Pomona, Ca. $1500 with new converter, custom valve body and shift points, will shift into first at any RPM for racing or mudding. Shifts very firm, but not too hard to break, this meant that we had the valve body in and out of the transmission 5 or 6 times to get the firmness adjusted just right (quite an effort). Has heavy duty trans cooler $100. Also has B&M ratchet shifter $350 with reverse lock out. TRANSFER CASE - Twin Stick:NP 205 transfer case with all new bearings by Tri County Gear in Pomona, Ca. $800 rebuild with shift rod modification for twin stick operation. The NP 205 hardly ever needs a rebuild, they are gear driven and VERY stout units. But, you can't have a twin stick ability with out taking it apart to modify the shift rods. So new bearings were installed while it was disassembled for the TWIN STICK modification. This NP 205 has twin shifters to engage front or rear low transfer case individually or together $400. That means it can be front wheel drive. Or rear wheel drive in low transfer case, which is how I do MOST of my mudding until I get stuck and engage the front axle to get out. It's a good practice and gives you a chance to get out on your own. And this truck flings more mud in 2 wheel drive than most trucks that use 4 wheel drive! No Joke. Hardly ever have I been stuck in this truck. But I have been stuck needing help. DRIVE SHAFTS:J.E. Reel in Pomona, Ca built the rear drive shaft with a NEW rear 1350 CV joint $450 and drive shaft tube with stock rear yoke and new u joints balanced $300. And all u joints on truck are new. The front drive shaft is also balanced with new u-joints in the CV Joint $300. Front CV Joint has been clearance all around the yokes so the yokes won't touch each other during harsh articulation angles. The front drive shaft angle is extreme, and every trick has been done to ensure its proper operation. You'll be hard pressed to find another truck this BIG that has a front drive shaft connected, and works, and works correctly... REAR AXLE:Has 14 bolt semi float rear end with 30 spline axles, 9.5 inch ring gear, 4:88 gears $250 and a EATON Clutch Type Posi Carrier (it Does NOT have a stock eaton g80 - those always break) Posi cost $900 alone plus bearings etc. FRONT AXLE & STEERING:Front axle has 4:88 gears $170 and is an open carrier, no posi, dana 44 with an Off Road Unlimited cross over steering set up that cost over $1000 with new 2wd steering gear box needed for the conversion. I could have used a Dana 60, it would have been cheaper than the steering kit, but I wanted the bullet proof, forged, 1 piece, steering knuckle that is only made for the 44. Plus, I left the differential open and have never broken an axle after lots of mudding. But, I have broken several steering components on dana 60's axle housings in the past... Not to mention, the dana 60 has studs in the casting for the passenger side leaf spring pad threaded into the differential case that can (and have in the past) that can pull out! ...the dana 44 has U bolts that are stronger. And you can always look to see that dana 44 u bolts are tight vs. the dana 60 studs could be pulling out and you wouldn't know by looking. That's why I run a dana 44 and not a dana 60. Dana 60's can leave you stranded in the mountains with no steering, it has done that to me 3 times in the past, all steering related problems. You'll never break the Forged ONE PIECE steering arm from Off Road Unlimited. One last point, the dana 44 axle that you might break is very cheap, $30 to replace if you break the stub axle vs. a dana 60 stub axle is $200. It's a cheap weak link to break.Front axle steering knuckles were cut of and re-welded on with a proper pinion angle, using a special jig to keep it all straight while welding, to let the front drive shaft work without breaking, and that cost $1500 to have done and all new bearings and brakes were installed at that time costing even more in parts. BRAKE LINES:Custom Built, Extra Long, Stainless Steel Braided brake lines front and back $200. Plus new Brake Master Cylinder $48, Brake bias valve block $75 and rear proportional valve with adjustable hand knob from Wilwood brakes $42 for the back brakes adjustability, new hard lines $35 etc. LEAF SPRINGS:Altlas custom leaf springs Front and Rear were bent for the truck and the front springs have a military wrap on them to keep the front from twisting and breaking the front drive shaft, that cost extra and the military wrap works well at eliminating axle wrap in the front. $700Rear springs have a shackle reversal and NO lift blocks (lift blocks are junk and break). The Front springs are connected to a 4 x 6 rectangular tube with a receiver hitch for pulling out of mud. Works well and gives you the ability to hook to a truck in front and pull out a truck behind you like a train. ROLL CAGE:There is a custom bent roll cage in the cab built with 4130 chromoly tubing that cost $400 for the material alone! I spent lots of time bending the tubes just right to install it right up against the roof and rear cab. CAB RE-BUILD:The cab has dyno mat sound deadening material glued all over the bare cab when it was stripped bare and had nothing in the cab.The upholstery was all new 6 years ago,The front and rear glass and seal are brand new $700The doors are completely rebuilt and have new seals, new rubber, new window motors and tracks and new door locks actuators and new switches and new everything like hinges and hinge springs and bushings etc. when I painted it this year. parts are $600The truck was at the paint shop for 7 months and was completely taken apart including the doors and the bed was removed from the frame for $3500It is a very clean and capable 3/4 ton 4x4 truck that can go mudding with the very best and mud better than most every truck. The axle gearing, tire diameter and engine rpm are all matched up to work perfectly together and they do work perfect. 39" TIRES & WHEELS:The tires are new Super Swampers with 2000 miles on them, they were "trued" which means I had Taffa, a Big Rig Shop in Nashville, I had Taffa's technicians make the tires round. So they put them on a machine that removes the high spot until the tires are round and drive smooth, this cost $400 to have the tires trued and balanced. Tires were $2150 delivered, the wheels are Micky Thompson 16.5 x 12 and cost $800. That is $3350 for wheels and tires trued and balanced for the street. All BIG mud tires are NOT round when new, and they will bounce going down the road making you sick from vibration. These are smooth as silk, at the cost of precious rubber removed in the process and at the cost of several hundred dollars in expense to have it done. The truck goes down the freeway VERY NICE! SHOCKS:All shocks are 2 years old and are Rancho RS 5012 (rs5000 series), all 10 of them. $6005012 are 5000 shocks but longer than stock for the lift.STEREO SYSTEM:The stereo is an Eclipse with IPOD control, has two 12 inch Kicker sub-woofers. 1200 watts of power in a custom install with all the sound deadening material in the cab and it sounds absolutely wonderful, loud, clear, crisp and hard hitting. Imaging is great with custom front speaker placement and Kenwood speakers with cross overs using capacitors (old school). Subs are electronically crossed over at the amp. System runs a Deep Cell Battery and 200 amp alternator. cost well over $1500 for parts alone. THE TRUCK WILL DRIVE ANYWHERE IN COUNTRY RIGHT NOW, AND PULL A TRAILER WITH IT. IF I DON'T SELL IT, I WILL BE USING IT TO MOVE TO IDAHO FROM TENNESSEE PULLING A 30 FOOT TRAILER. THANKS FOR LOOKING
