This car has not been restored yet and would be a great car to bring back to new condition. It also could be cleaned and driven in its present state with some mechanical work to get it road worthy brakes, fluids etc..... I have owned this car since 1986 but must let it go now! I have new tires and some other parts that would go with the car. Car would need to be towed from its location in Monroe NY.

1939 Chevy 2 door , Sedan {Barn Find} It has a back seat. Very Solid Car. All original 6 cylinder 3 speed on the column. It may have been painted at one time. Even the clock works. Clock has a crack. You're not going to believe it, but I have the original sales receipt and the book. Have a video of me driving it, and I took a picture of the mechanic diving as well. Going to have my Granddaughters put it on UTube will add that info later. There are some rips in the front seat, but the back seats are like new. Had received calls about the trunk. People wanted to know if under the Rubber mat, if there is rust. There is no rust to speak of, in one spot there is very little surface rust, no holes or even close to becoming a hole. I did take pic and can send them to u at your request. The headliner is in great sharp. Chrome is pitted but solid. Can send you video from my phone. Unbelievable sharp. Just seen this same car sell for $92,000.00 at Mecum Auto Auction. Yes, is was totally restored and wouldn't take much to do that to this car. Really looking for someone that would keep it Original, but they do make a great hot rod. There is no rust in the trunk, Doors, front floors and back floors, or trunk. Even the horn works. Very rare and even harder to find one in this condition. Just found this car in a barn in Roscoe NY. I haven't cleaned it. Had a very good mechanic do a total tune-up, and had them take all the gas out of the tank, rebuilt the carburetor, new brake lines, new gas lines, fix the brakes. New Battery & oil change. All Gauge’s work. Have the receipt for $1,130.00 for all the work done. Keep in mind a paid a good amount of money for the car and then had to have it towed at a cost of $375.00 The rubber around the doors are in great shape. She did run like a top, but I heard noise coming from the top of the engine. So this is what I will do> I'm selling it for $9,000.00 the way it is, and if you want it running I will have the engine fixed for additional $2,000.00 >or you can do it yourself. The mechanic said it's only the top end of the eng, and he would send it out to a machine shop. Total cost would be $11,000 running $9,000 the way it is. Had it running for two days before the problem occurred and have videos of me driving it. So that lease you can see it running through the gears. Have been looking my whole life for a car like this. Selling it because I just purchased a new home, plus I'm rebuilding a 1956 Ford F100. For being 76 Yrs old it is in great shape. No real rust to speak of other then some surface rush in only a few spots. The running boards have some rust but that is it. I'm 250 lb and it holds me up. Surface rust only under the car again very solid. No Bondo. Has never been in an accident with only two owner. The guy I bought it from said he had it running two years ago. He was an older gentleman and a very nice guy. I had to register and insured it my name and it has a clean Transferable registration. So now it has a clean title. Bring me a real ofter $$ I will have it on eBay for one week if it doesn't sell I'm going to restore it myself. This car will not last long . Before you have it shipped I suggest you get it insured. The car It's a heads turner. I got a thumbs up when I drove it. The grill & the Headlights is the vocal point of this car. I can go on and on about this car for hours I just love to look at it. Torpedo head lights and tail lights. Sold as is and where is. No refunds. Reason is I don't know what u will do with it once it leaves me. You can even call the shop where all the work was done he can tell you Exactly what is wrong with the car. I have many more pictures that won't fit on the suite just call me and I’ll send them to you. This car will be on craigslist for a few days then I'm Auctioning it off on eBay.
