What you are bidding on is a very cool and rare 1946 Chevrolet 2 door Coupe Stylemaster. I would just like to start out by saying I am not only including pictures but a video of the car as well so that you can better see and understand what a beautiful vehicle you are looking at , bidding on or purchasing. The car was bought from a gentleman in Washington that pretty much just let it sit as it is after it broke down from a bad fuel pump at 44k original miles. Yes, that is right! 44,000 original Before, I purchased the car the guy installed an electronic fuel pump and started it up and drove it around the property just to show me it ran. But, after I got it home I saw the condition of all the wiring and started replacing the wiring and I pretty much finished wiring up the car before I ran out of time; everything except the head lights and a couple of tie ends under the dash. I also bought a brand new 12v battery for the car but I haven't bought the 6V to 12V conversion kit yet however they have them on Ebay for around $250 I haven't fired it up recently because of that and the brakes need to be gone threw to be road worthy. The gas tank was leaking when I bought the car so I bought a fuel cell and wired it up. Also, going with the car is a 1957 Chevy rear end and a late model three on the tree transmission with spare gears so now all you need is a drive shaft to make the car an open driveline ! That alone is worth $500-$1000. You also get all new wheel cylinders, master brake cylinder rebuilt kit, brake pads, drums, spare taillights because I also bought blue dot ones. There is honestly a ton of spare parts as you can see from the pictures and video tape. I also replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, condenser, oil, oil filter, tail & parking lights. Oh ya I replaced the fuel pump! One of the most expensive things I bought for the car was last week I paid $465 on a new set of tires from Les Schwab in addition to the chrome Rims. Also if you chose to ship this automobile call around because I can usually find shippers cross country starting from $200all you have to do is be flexible with arrival/pick up & waiting. And of course I will help you or your tow company in any way I can by making my self available. You can also have the original rims that came with the car if you want. The sky is the limit with this car. It can be a father in son project building a Rat Rod, Hot Rod, Beater or Restomod. PS I also replaced the grille as you probably already know these grilles alone can go for between $750 to $1500 The only reason I`m getting rid of the car is because we are planning on moving in the somewhat near future. You will receive a Pink Slip, DMV bill of sale and all my receipts. Until then she is sitting in our garage waiting for her new owner.
