The car is not a show car and there is some imperfections, and some small tears in the interior. All in all great car for the money. Rebuilt Transmission DEC of 2015; New paint, base coat clear coat; New edelbrock 650 Carburetor; new plugs, wires cap & rotor, New emblems, mirror , handles, etc New exhaust ;New radio that looks like a classic / W amp and speakers ;New shocks, breaks, tires, springs; New carpet, consul, linkage etc; New gaskets around the lights and sockets. New headliner some weather stripping replaced doors; AC blows warm all the parts are still present I have not messed with it, could even just be some of the electrical / resistors that the connections are corroded. Car is solid, had the car done and very enjoyable but it must go, not going to give it away. I have owned this car since 2007 (third owner), so I have owned it for over half of its life. I have had it maintained by a top, local corvette specialist, and I always tried to keep it nice. It has low mileage for its age (4,900 miles/year). This is because I basically drove it mostly on weekends, and at two different times, it was stored and off the road, for a total of five years. It is not a show quality car, but I think it is in very good condition, both physically and mechanically. I have tried to keep everything in good working condition. This year, I had the entire braking system gone through, and even replaced the metal brake lines. I replaced the harmonic balancer (it runs really smooth). The air conditioning system was gone through too. There are a few upgrades including, Brass Headlight Gears, Cold Air Intake and Performance Exhaust. I really don't want to sell it, but I really want to restore my Subaru SVX, so I need to thin the herd.

1988 Monte Carlo SS, T-Top, H.O 305 200-4R 4 speed automatic. factory car with motor rebuild. Most of these cars are not running at all or barley and the others have been chopped all up to fit big tires, crazy speakers...and whatever else they could butcher up. The RPO codes still under the deck/trunk lid, factory build sheet was in the door panel, New tires, oil change, tranny fluid, air filter etc Car has no issues firing right up no smoking, tranny shifts great, overdrive does not slip, rear end makes no noise , steering is tight, Car was bored 30 over, company plate on the block. Car is 27 yrs old and does need to have some metal work as just about everyone of these cars does, one outer rocker panel, behind he T-tops, needs new rubber seals etc, needs to be restored but a great start for a good price on a car that I would have no problem driving around. A four-speed automatic overdrive transmission, the Turbo Hydramatic 200-4R, with a revised sport rear axle ratio containing 3.73:1 gears became standard on the SSThe 1988 model only came with the lay-down style spoiler, unlike the 1987 model, which came with either the lay-down or stand-up type spoiler, changed side view mirrors, etc. The final G-body Monte Carlo - a silver SS coupe — was produced on December 12, 1987. Total SS production for '88 was 16,204.

New tires on 15" Ralley Rims, New gas tank and fuel sending unit, gauge works; previous owner did the breaks and stops good. I have driven the car to the store and back with no issues. Alot of things have been gone through, Solid body, some previous rust has been repaired with restorer and then epoxy primer done by the previous owner, floors are solid, small pin holes on the driverside. Car is in really good shape and ready to be metal worked in only a few places on the quarter. Car comes with alot of new parts also, lights work just a couple out, I have new sockets for them. New lock cylinders/keys, No door panels or headliner, window cranks and handles are there, other BelAir emblem and rear deck lid emblem. This car would be great to make a nice resto mod, or just a plane look....NICE big Block Clone.... I wasnt going to get rid of this car but after moving I have to sell a few.
