Up for sale is a 1987 SS Monte Carlo Aerocoupe. Chevrolet only built 6052 of these cars. This car is very nice and is a T-Top car as well. This car has been repainted once and is in fantastic condition. The car runs and drives just as it should. The transmission shifts perfectly and there are no noises that shouldn't be there. There is no rust on this car. The quarter panels are original and it appears that everything else is as well. The only things I know that don't work on the car are the radio ( there is an aftermarket Sony stereo and CD player in the car) that could be just a fuse? and the doors that direct where the air blows when the A/C or heat are on. The A/C blows cold but it blows out of the defrost (probably a vacuum line). Could also use a set of shocks to hold the trunk open. The car looks fantastic and gets compliments wherever it goes. The original bags for the T-Tops are in the trunk as well. The condition of this car is fair, it runs great, the engine was replaced right before I bought it, everything else is original. However, the A/C is not running, I would have fixed that but I find no need for A/C because I mostly use the T-tops. The paint is cracked in places on the outside, mostly on the hood. There was tint on the windows that is now peeling off slightly. The drivers seat is ripped on the side and the door panel on the drivers side is missing some parts. Every problem this car has is cosmetic, except for the A/C. The T-tops are personally what sold me on this car when I bought it. They work fine, easy to take off and put back on. I just replaced a tire, the other 3 are fairly new from a couple months back, tread is still intact. I have had no accidents in this car, however I am not the original owner. I bought it from an automotive 3rd party seller down the street from my house. Obviously, local buyers would be preferred because I have no idea how I would get the car to you if not. Payments would be accepted any kind of way, either in cash, or check whichever is easiest.
